repo and company, how many shares of frpt do you think I can buy before I make any kind of reasonable profit? I can get 9 shares for $99 if it goes up a buck I made $9 bucks. If I put a $100K on it as you guys have done I can make about $9k. Or I can lose $9k. If that happens it will go to a good cause. The guys that wanted me to buy it. Cause they'll be selling for the profit they have in it.

True. I thought some of you guys were players here, WHALES.

But if you don't have the capital, stick to lottery tickets.... no point in making small gains over and over again. Just let it ride!

In fairness to all here, most everyone didn't start with a bankroll unless you were born with a silver spoon in your mouth. I know several that took as little as $500 and watched it grow over time. A gain is a gain, no matter how small, and it DOES add up. It is just unfortunate (at least at this moment) that some players started with this one....

Sherri - I was down to $1,300 in my portfolio March of this year. As of right now, I am up tens of thousands.

And that was sarcasm... some people just don't understand.

youve been watching stock commercials too much. like that art auction one...buying and selling constantly doesnt make any sense...

that is so untrue..you make much more as a day trader than sitting for long periods of time waiting. you still have to sell the stock to make your cash so why not participate in quick gains instead of wasting time waiting for long term gains..

FRPT seems to have a nice gap to fill around 8.60-8.70? may be a good entry point.

The NT10q was filed, regardless of being required or not. Maybe just a personal preference? It seems like the least Rufus could do. I can't imagine what else he might be doing. Unless he has a serious conflict of interest between his $8000 horse or his $7,000,000,000 bonds, tough decision there, really toughy.

Sorry Chart, this may come off as offensive but I'm not trying to be. You keep on talking about the extensive DD people and you have done. Do you know what that DD has equated to? A .19 share price with a SEC investigation. Just because those bond letters and such are filed in the Georgia Clerk system, that does not mean they are legit. They could have been frauded by Rufus. Remember Rufus claimed to have a 100million bond in BBAN which was shown to be false. Remember Rufus has no successful past as a businessman and has many shady allegations against him. Remember, the board of directors consists of who now? Romeo Vendetti and Rufus...come on now. A billion dollar company run by 2 people? Where is Sabra? Oh I forgot when she found out the farse she didnt want her good reputation to be ruined. Also, where is the 10Q, any reputable company would have it submitted by now. Where is the amended 8k and 10k the SEC asked for? Where is that 4billion bond Rufus secured that he said would be 8k'ed weeks back. DD means nothing here when all the information isn't proven to be real.

Just my opinion, but I guess its the markets opinion too [Frown]

On November 14, 2006, Mr. Michael Alexander as Sole Director of the Company determined after spending the last couple of weeks reviewing the financial records of the Company accumulated by the previous management group that it is in the best interest of the Company’s shareholders that the future of the Company will best be served by the previous management group located in Georgia as they have the financial background and relationships with issuers of the bonds assets they brought to the Company. Exhibit 99

Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp updates shareholders on current events

Lake Dallas, TX, November 14, 2006 -- Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp (OTC BB: CSHD), a Delaware Corporation announces the following current events have taken place.

As of 8:38 p.m. on November 14, 2006, Mike Alexander has resigned as director and Chief Executive Officer and Randy Moseley has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp (CSHD).

Mike Alexander says that, “I have spent the last couple weeks reviewing the records of Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp (CSHD) and have come to the conclusion that for the Company’s assets to be monetized, the Conversion Solutions management group located in Georgia has the background and relationships in the bond market, with particular bond assets claimed as assets by the Company, to implement the Company’s business plan. I, and all of the shareholders, with the group in Georgia the best of luck in the development of the Company and the shareholders’ value. Mr. Harris has agreed to assume his previous management and board position and will be making announcements in the near future. He can be reached at (678) 758-3010.’

About Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp

CSHD is a diversified holdings corporation, which was formed to originate, fund and source funding for asset-based transactions in the private market. CSHD’s main service will be to acquire, fund and provide insurance to target companies in the currently underserved $15,000,000 to $100,000,000 asset finance market.
