Sorry Chart, this may come off as offensive but I'm not trying to be. You keep on talking about the extensive DD people and you have done. Do you know what that DD has equated to? A .19 share price with a SEC investigation. Just because those bond letters and such are filed in the Georgia Clerk system, that does not mean they are legit. They could have been frauded by Rufus. Remember Rufus claimed to have a 100million bond in BBAN which was shown to be false. Remember Rufus has no successful past as a businessman and has many shady allegations against him. Remember, the board of directors consists of who now? Romeo Vendetti and Rufus...come on now. A billion dollar company run by 2 people? Where is Sabra? Oh I forgot when she found out the farse she didnt want her good reputation to be ruined. Also, where is the 10Q, any reputable company would have it submitted by now. Where is the amended 8k and 10k the SEC asked for? Where is that 4billion bond Rufus secured that he said would be 8k'ed weeks back. DD means nothing here when all the information isn't proven to be real.

Nothing wrong with being honest about how you feel...
Bonds are old news. And there are ties to people who are tied into things, the leg work is there to do. And you are right, even with the NEW things that some of us have found (not mentioned on the board) it doesn't mean that those things are "real" either.... -but I'm just saying that we aren't at "the end"
If it was time to bail I'd say (did it once before!).
With what I've seen I have to ride this out, even if just for the week...

Bonds are old news? LOL...proving the bonds are real are the only thing this company has going for it. Think about it for a second. If these bonds were real, why aren't the people who gave him the bonds stepping up and letting the SEC know?

Has anyone reviewed the “Charter” on cvsu.us? More specifically the charter section “Compensation Committee (the “Committee”) of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp.” and “Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee Is to assist the Board of Directors of Conversion Solutions Holding Corp.”
This might provide some insight as to what is headed our way.

the compensation committee is there to determine salery and other forms of compensation for the BOD and other officers of the company. the only compesation commitee that will effect us is the one appointed by the courts when CSHD loses the class action suit brought by share holders and is forced to liquidate their assets ( if they have any! )

I just have a bad feeling this hastily formed “shareholder committee” has committed to decisions by way of proxy until the formally nominated committee has been established.
So, Rufus anoints one person, that person hand picks others, and for 30 days they “might” have the right to make decisions on behalf of the shareholders.
This is ONLY WILD ASS speculation on my part but have a bad feeling our hand is going to forced into something. I suppose that is not a bad thing if I agree with the “temporary committee”, but if I do not agree then I will feel defrauded.

There again, we are on the grey sheets now, so we may not HAVE to file....however, it does also seem contradictory that you would file an extension if you had no intentions of filing the actual document. The only kicker is that one CEO did the extension and the old-is-new again CEO has the option of filing the actual document. Mike didn't have a lawsuit filed against him either....

Very true. Rufus pulled a nice one. I thought for sure we werent seeing a scam when he has very young daughters. Oh well. I'm surprised he'd let shareholders come to his horse stables if it was a full out scam.
