I have a few thoughts:
1) Maybe they did and the SEC did not accept that as proof
2) Maybe they have not been asked to do so (Rufus hasn't exactly been on the ball in CSHD's defense)
3) Maybe them offering proof takes a bit more time than has passed since the request
Just ideas - not that I necessarily believe them, but they are plausible.

Sherri, I agree. There could be a number of plausable reasons what needs to be done isn't. Also I am sure there are good reasons our shareholder committee brothers and sisters aren't telling us anything.

About people stepping up for Rufus??
They aren't "people" they are business's and banks, unless called to court they won't even know about it. The SEC called for EUROCLEAR and they wouldn't know cause...
Let me put it this way... I own shares of XYZ company, if someone asks the DTCC if "I" own shares they will say no, no one on record by that name, -yet I own them.... -how can that be???
-Cause my shares are under my Accounts name, or "street name" (-like Scottrade for example), you would have to ask Scottrade if I owned them.
So there is no trail to point to Rufus until he draws from them to fund the subs... Rufus further gave all the "codes" to those bonds so someone could OPEN the bond and see what was what. Codes for EUROCLEAR?!!! Who has those?! Yet Rufus did ~ "WHERE did he get them from?!"
NOW THAT SHOULD BE PRETTY MUCH AN OPEN AND SHUT CASE RIGHT?... Open it up and take a look...
So why didn't the SEC shut down CSHD? Why did we do a 180 and start trading again instead?....

Yes the WHOLE deal is about the bonds, but when you look at everything that you can, -then you start circling out, checking those details and seeing there they lead... That is what I meant by other info, -to confirm or disprove the bonds.

I am a newbie, what happened with BBAN?
Mr. Paul Rufus Harris said that he got a 100million bond which was not true and ended up being fraud.

For those of you who say "Show me the Money" that Rufus may of made. Let me assure you, if he was smart enough to pull this off (if it is a scam) he was smart enough to figure out how to profit from it. If it is not a scam I want him replaced.

As much complaining as I hear from some folks in this I don't think you are playing with money you CAN lose. So with that being said- I wouldn't put myself into the same hurt category as you are.
I bought MORE today. Not because I am a kool aid drinking zombie but more because its money I CAN gamble with(Its pennystocks- its gambling).
Doesn't mean at the end of the day I will be sitting there like charlie brown kicking a can down the road shaking my head.
Its an expensive lesson

I think and believe that there is a bigger plan here, patience as far as the company is concerned, we are all in the same boat.. if this baby sinks I am going with it, all the complaining in the world is not going to change what is going to happen.. I was talking with someone very knowledgeable about this company, no insider stuff, but this company can take a new form, patience.. thats all i gotta say.. except I still can not believe this shareholder committee thing, I will not register my information...
