I'm ready for plan B in a heartbeat, go private and buy back my shares and get it over with. How many times did Rufus say he would do that and that they had the funds? I know of a couple.

Yes. Two people living near the HQ have been there, seen the bldg. and verified it is the one on the website.
(Edit: I will be the very first to admit that the office doesn't mean squat though...I worked for a startup that had a super office, and barely got by for a long time FWIW)
