good morning vw1973. the only suggesions i have is under the sec case to include if and how the company will respond to the motion to enter a default judgement within the 10 day window, and a detailed description under the business plan of what the company is doing to produce revenue from operations RIGHT NOW. rufus needs to get honest with the shareholders right now about what the company is or is not willing to do. i hope this meeting and letter forces the truth out, whatever it is, because finding out the real truth will make it easier for everyone to enjoy their holiday - no more speculation and rumors!

Good morning to you as well. I agree wholeheartedly, but posts of similar in nature over the past few days have been essentially ignored. Like today on the confenernce call, no one should accept a response of "all will be explained in 30 days."

i agree wv1973. there have been too many riddles and promises. things need to be explained right now with all cards face up on the table. show your hand or fold now. while its true that posts like this have been essentially ignored, if it is factual and will help prevent people losing money it needs to be out there. the smart ones will read it and the others will put you on iggy. remember, we should all be in this to make money, bottom line.

i would be really surprised if rufus replies to this letter in a straight forward basis, rather than in riddles and double talk, if at all. his reply or lack or reply to this carefully worded letter should tell us all we need to know about rufus and the company. this letter and the reply should be posted on the cvsu.us web site for all to read.

Great letter! I agree that the path for this should be through James Gee and the shareholders committee. It has a much better chance of getting a reply if comes through that channel. But it is absolutely on target and I think very needed at this point. Hopefully we are pleasantly surprised by a response indicating much of this is already underway.

6 ~ I never sent an email in the first place. I figured if someone was going to build something new and untested like a sceure voting platform for shareholders of a OTCBB security. I would let it develop a bit before I trust them with handleing my personal information. At the time they had support from the CEO but not cooperation. Recent news of NOBO comparison does indicate a certain amount of cooperation since only the corporation could request the NOBO and only the corporation could choose to share that NOBO with the recently created shareholder comittee. It is a bit more of a turning point if you ask me. I may sign up once they place the new form out there on the 20th. I will wait and see based on the current status of the corporation.

rufus had said on SPR that all that was needed was your name and email...they don't need the amount of shares..the name will be checked with the NOBO list...this is a little more comforting to me...

The small amount of info means no harm to me. At least they get to know how many shares I want to start making money on, without trying to flip, which is nowhere at this time. But I am also holding long including having one of these certs on some shares.

It seems to me that the ones who hold the majority shares will be the final deciding factor for what ever is up anyway. Thats usually the way it works. The advantage to that is you think that they also would like to see this company move along in a progressive and timely manner.

3403 ~ You have been talking pretty negatively lately for someone up to their gills in this thing. You have been siding with many of the people marching around here with the agenda to bury this security.
Personally, I am not in that deep myself, and would hardly feel the pain in the stocks complete demise. But I do know one thing. Individuals that march around with an agenda. Usually have the advantage. I have witnessed several stocks crushed under their innocent, "I am here to save investors." excuses. They bury it with old news and bad history, so new investors are turned off imediately. People lingering looking for opportunity, would miss information on recent filings, while reading repostings of negative information.
Don't get me wrong. I don't dislike "bashers" I dislike manipulation. I think there is an important role for people to bring a different perspective to light. If everybody was sold on a stock, then there would be few selling. I like natural volitility.
Cooperation on the part of shorters, and bashers is what I am talking about. It is manipulation, so bad infact that I have curved my personal trading rules to compensate for their actions.
If your frustrated with the things that have transpired then I understand your recent negativity, but you must see that it is not helping your own investment. When you side with those that are aiming to place six feet of dirt between you and your money.
IMO, and just a suggestion. If you are mad take your own stance, site your own DD, and keep as much of the sarcasm to a minimum not to confuse people that may be looking for facts.
This is not meant to offend you, and it is not completely directed to just you. I think is is important for ALL current share holders to keep an amount of decorum here, or we may succeed in helping those with an actual agenda and scare ourselves out of shares.
By the way bashers come on out. I need this stock to drop a bit more to reach my next best buy-in point. I still have confidence in this company, but realistically see that they are in a tight spot at this point. Rufus you and your team of lawyers need get your filings done both for the SEC and for the Federal Court. (I am assuming that you have a team of lawyers now.)
GLTA... I still got a vice grip on my slips.

Hey gang, just checking in. Doc did not write that letter, he plainly stated that it was written by the S.H. committee and sent to Rufus. It was a well written letter and I hope we get some answers tonight. If the call is for shareholders on the committee only, will someone please recap the conversation for those who cannot listen in? I will be in attendance at the SHM in DC on Dec 17th, I will be happy to summerize the event to anyone here who cannot attend. I'll check in after the Ohio State/Michigan game, Go Buckeyes!!!
