The main point I didn't like was #4- that MA and RM bailed and said "good luck". Pay particular attention to the conclusion that Mike Alexander came to.
from PR: Mike Alexander says that, "I have spent the last couple weeks reviewing the records of Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp (CSHD) and have come to the conclusion that for the Company's assets to be monetized, the Conversion Solutions management group located in Georgia has the background and relationships in the bond market, with the particular bond assets claimed as assets by the Company, to implement the company's business plan.

Time to research by the Judge and SEC was inevitable. What would the better path have been and where would it have us today?
The SEC had to get expedited discovery to get into the books of CSHD. That was unavoidable- the place they do that is with the initial complaint. Nothing else has been filed or done.
I can address these questions real quick before I go .
(1) How do you think they SHOULD have handled it? - Rufus should have given the SEC all the info to verify owner ship of the bonds when asked for it the 1st time . If the SEC still had doubt , pick up a phone and call the Banc of Ven . and ask to speak to the person signed off on the bonds . He must have a direct line to them since they did trust him with millions of their dollars , right ? If this was still not enough , tell the SEC , from here out you've got to deal with my lawyers . Let the CEO do his job of running the business and the lawyers job to deal with legal issues the company might face .
(2) If it was your world what would you have achieved differently? - I would not have been clasting out all this info about under water recover of timber for 4 trillion dollars nor would I have put on my website that we are considering colonizing the MOON !! All of this mess could have been prevented and the stock could have been to $15.00 PPS if Rufus knew how to run a Co.
(3) If he brought the company lawyer (or any lawyer) what do you think would have been accomplished? - Best question yet ....... If they had an attorney qualified in SEC dealings , 1st off the SEC would know they are dealing with a PRO and given a lot more credit to the claims CSHD made . 2ndly , the attorney would have talked to the SEC before they filed the suit against CSHD and would have come to some terms that would not effect the stock until it was resolved . The SEC suspended trade and filed suit because Rufus wouldn't deal with them and basically told them to take him to court . Once again , how many real CEO's would take this approach ?

They get their jobs from people scratching each others backs and doing favors for each other . With that said , if the Judge has to make a decision based on the SEC claims or some lone ranger without an attorney , who do you think will get the nod ? Its not always about who's right , its about who makes a more convincing agruement and how has more creditablity in the case .
In no way did CSHD and Rufus showing up with out legal counsel help them . It showed a lack of knowledge in legal proceedings and some arrogance from Rufus .

Yes, I can laugh off almost every bit of it, all the way down to his "Good luck to all".
I have read his past posts. He wishes no one any luck in this stock, and especially not everyone. Additionally he has not proven to be in contact with anyone, nor is he attempting to answer some of the questions he is posting.
Lack of DD and lack of evidence behind speculation is laughable.
I do not know if CSHD has a lawyer... that is a fact. I know in my heart they have a lawyer... that is speculation. I think they don't have legal counsel... that is specultaion.
Tell me what you know, and follow it up with links, proof, heresay, or verifiable landmarks atleast.

So I just called the T/A myself. they say you are lying, that no one from their office has ever stated the 6:1 has been canceled. they restated exactly what was told to me before, the company has issued no instructions so they dont know how or when the shares will be issued. There are multiple ways to issue them.
I would suggest someone question 6digits about his posts and their seemingly drive to manipulate the market on false statements.

You are never one to leave doubt. Thanks man. I appreciate you taking the time and effort to make the call. I know you are experienced to know what and how to ask the question.

Until the sec schedules an actual hearing, there is no need for legal council. Sure it might make for a warm fuzzy, but they simply aren't needed at this point. What are they going to do? Tell Rufus I wish you didn't have to turn over that document but since the judge said you have to that will be $1000, thank you sir?

I also agree. I think Rufus has a good lawyer now but if he doesn't he better get one. One more appearance in court without one can spell DOOM in the eyes of the judge. While thinking about what should and shouldn't be done......I also hope we have a different CPA. In my opinion Benson doesn't "cut" it. He is not the quality type this company needs. It appears he is never on time and when he finally gets it done, it needs to be fixed. IMO .... this is unacceptable. .... What was that! thdoctor? Picking on Benson? That is crazy. He was on time, to say he wasn't is once again speculation. He is of very high caliber, he is a State Gov. auditor, and his wife is state employed too. What more do you want? I think it was Arthur Anderson that did Enron's books. Come now folks. Quit picking on people for no reason. He is probably alot less expensive than a big firm, and he has decent credentials. If you are blaming Benson for the "E", don't... blame Rufus. He stated that he himself Edgarized the document, and the opinion statement was in the prior 8K, but was omitted in the 10K by none other than RPH no one else.

I wouldn't shoot you... you are not my favorite target. I am just saying I DD'd the crud out of Benson, and he is clean and a cursader in the war against fraud.
Every thing we got from him said he was on schedule, Rufus was the one playing the "timmin vs strategy" game with the 10K. By the way I think he lost that round.

I respect all of your input.... I was thinking about the incorrect date on one of them. I thought he should have caught that. He probably is good if you researched him, but I thought the date thing was kind of crazy. I have done a lot of business in Central Michigan and have asked people what they thought about him. None seemed to know him. I also have dealt with the State of Michigan in several areas, as Jenna knows; and I didn't hear any negativity regarding him. So you are probably right on.
