Rufus pretty much demanded it when he PR'ed and accused AMTD... way back when... and? it has always been possible that Rufus was set up from inside the company... not by the brokers.. as faras i am concerned?that doesn't matter, what maters is getting the SHO problem fixed MARKETWIDE..
i personally think Rufus BELIEVES... that doesn't mean he is correct...
thing is? this type of thing has been going on for along time in the markets, it still is, and it's time to fix it. Rufufs is the one that started claiming it was naked shorters, and despite the "bashers" scoffing? the SHO list is a fact... as of yesterday? it had 331 companies on it...

I for one am very tired of the cryptic words coming from the PR. Why should anyone have to wait another 30 days. Just say it with no more BS. No more beating around the bush. What is the agenda? What is the purpose of the emergency meeting? Stockholders have a right to know now. We have endured enough.
I plan on checking with prnewswire to see where the release came from and can anyone submit a PR on officialooking paper and get it printed? I am not being negative. I am being cautious and rightfully so.

Actually, I think he may be playing by the SEC rules. I believe actual Shareholder meetings must be announced 30 days in advance. Just like appearance on TV and Radio are usually PRd before hand. Giving shareholders advanced fair notice of the public event. This P.R. is not very informative but it does have significance.

ok gotta ask this ..if anyone follows me could this be true? Rufas is gonna square the shareholders up by cashing in a bond or something in the next 3 days he said last time on spr right? I thought i heard him say this I could be wrong the part about cashing a bond in the next three days...I am not starting a rumor but did anyone hear something like that? thanks

Heeellloooo?! 30 days until the meeting. Enough time to think of something else to get people excited about and another month shareholders will hold & hope for a miracle. This thing reeks in my opinion. In 30 days the pps will problably be less than .10 and theres really nothing that can be done in a shareholders meeting that is going to undo any of the F'ups in the past. Rufus needs to take care of business and stop doing these stupid diversions. Like I always say, I hope I'm wrong and something great happens but this company has never been one to bring great surprises and to actually see them through

Ya Rufus said he was going to pull down some funds on a bond and that it would take 3 to 5 days. I'd like to hear about having a market maker on this stock right away also.

I know it's hard for you to get your mind wrapped around a stock with actual potential for gains, but I'm still wondering what you find so funny about me making an actual prediction that has a legitimate possibility of happening, as opposed to the "hold and hope" strategy you seem to be employing in this stock. It's ironic that I've never instigated any personal attacks on you, but you continually insist on attacking me personally. I can fully understand being emotionally invested in a stock. It's happened to all of us. You don't need to make it personal against other Allstocks members, though.
