Please folks do NOT use Alana Black as the SEC punching bag. She isn't even lead counsel in the matter.
I called her up, asked her if I caught her at a bad time, which she said no, introduced myself, and we talked.
Again, she prefaced our conversation by saying she “could not speak about anything that was not public record”. The fact that she was willing to give me her time shouldn’t be misconstrued as a conspiracy to slander CSHD or skew public information.
I asked for the SEC’s public position on the matter and she answered and helped clarify it when she could. She explained how the process works, a few federal laws, and was very informative and helpful.
I highly recommend we put together a few VERY GOOD QUESTIONS and have Jenna give her a call. What do you think?

yep, even if the SEC isn't working for special interest groups, they'd still try to screw CSHD for the heck of it b/c of Rufus.. in the end, the shareholders get the shaft.. 1001 nights..

The Source. You can defend the SEC all you want. You can claim that she is just doing her job all you want. The point is that I owned a stock that was over $2.00. The SEC shut it down and then reopened it without any explanation and now it is down to around a quarter. You want to be all lovey dovey with Alana Black then go ask her out. In my opinion she is a scumbag.

No, she did say "pending lawsuit". I then asked "pending, what is it pending on". She answered, "I dont' understand your question". By this time I felt like an idiot an didn't pursue it further. But, I was a bit surprised when she said she "was working on the pending lawsuit".

Jenna , I know you are trying to see it in a positive light . For that , you are commended but sooner or later things will begin to surface .
Rufus faced similiar charges back when he made up bonds in the BBAN deal . He knows that the SEC isn't playing around and he knows that he needed an attorney long before this was brought to court . He couldn't possibly think that he would waltz into court wearing his buckaroo hat and slap the judge with some paper work and be free to carry on . It just doesn't work that way , not even here in Texas (home of the buckaroo's).

Sherri the Source is here to jab. I understand that Texas is starting to lose faith because of his conversations with Alana Black..that is understandable. But The Source has always been negative.
That being said, I don't mind reading your posts Source, be as negative as you'd like, most of us are staying in for the heck of it anyway. Just don't get repetitive please.

Told you to get out while you could at .55 cents... Rufus is a dufus and he dug himself a trench that he can't get out of. He knows it so he's not even going to hire an attorney because he has no bonds, and he can't afford one.. Has anyone actually been to the main "headquarters" or are those just pretty little pictures of buildings from googleimages.com. Get real, everyone knew this was to good to be true, and this stock will never be the same. Plain and simple... Rufus doesn't have an attorney because he can't afford one, Mike Alexandre and his accomplice resigned because they knew if they were still associated with this company they'd get scr#$#d. Rufus took it back cause he knows what he's done and hes taking responsiblitity for it instead of running away.

The only problem with that is the Jenna -at most times can be sweet but then again-she can get very angry - I may say something like "Who exactly are you protecting M'aam- the shareholders or the shorts?" Or something even worse- I may even tell her where she can put her "lawsuit"... no just kidding but maybe we should just not call her because she not on the side of the shareholders- she has this investigation pending and she doesn't want to be "wrong" so she's going to try to find anything & who's to say she won't turn around & accuse the caller of knowing too much or knowing things they "shouldn't" know....You never know what people will do when they feel desperate....

no one in their right mind would admit fraud as it would allow the victims of the fraud to pierce the corporate veil and go after that persons assets without any corporate protection. the sec has a lot of other cases and will take their time imho. this could take several months just to get back into court again, don't forget, this is the government that you are dealing with.

I may be wrong but, I believe she used that term because the SEC is the plantiff & CSHD & Rufus are the defendants - meaning they are "suing" them hence lawsuit....

Doniboy - I'm in the same boat with an average of $2.20 PPS but that doesn't matter to anyone but me . The SEC would have kept it shut down but couldn't because of the way the law is written . No one drug the price down except for people wanting to get out for whatever they could and since no MM's are listed , its a free for all . The SEC hasn't exactly been quiet about it , they are even fielding questions by concerned share holders .

Alright source, show me PROOF that Rufus claimed to have bonds in BBAN, and I would love to see the PROOF that he was found GUILTY of any wrong doing. PLEASE SHARE!
