No, I understand there is a fairly large Texas contingent but I don't know any of them. I bought CSHD back in September.
Also, I truly do share your frustration with the SEC which was the reason I called today. I didn't have any expectations when I called Alana Black. I didn't feel any more confident or dissuade after my conversation either. Nothing has changed since last week. If anyone wants to interpret that as “bad news” then that’s their opinion but not mine. She didn’t nothing more than clarify the SEC’s already public position, provided a little insight, and provided me a better understanding to a few federal laws – that’s it.

Source, I see you are from Texas, have you ever had any dealings with Rufus? Were you involved in the BBAN stock?
Just asking.

Before anyone calls me a basher you better think twice about it. I'll summon Rufus' mother from HSM to kick your ass. She tore up a few bashing HSMers on Tuesday!

Averaging down as others are contemplating suicide. Picked up over 75000 the last 4 days.
The 4 boards are scaring the more sensitive and the MM's are gathering on their own. What do you think all these bashers ( on the other 3 boards) are doing on their daily return? for fun? Sure they have an interest. That is their day job at the office. Who in the hell has that much time from a real job to devote to the negative?
MM's and other brokers can go by many different aliases and that has been proven from the Internet forums since we began these online discussions since 1993.
Quiet times bring these days. I'm buying and not worried one bit. The news will follow. Rufus may not be the brightest publically but he knows the bond market. Shareholders have uncovered bonds in the foreign market with signatures that were never presented publically. The documents uncovered prove it. We have all seen them. Even the SEC has copies. He has to just get the expertise forwarded in a PUBLIC stock agenda and not continue with a private company mentality.
It will not be done in 7-10days. The shareholder committee is an excellent start for my investment. There are some very bright minds in these forums. Use them to the benefit of what is being formulated.

The SEC would have kept it shut down but couldn't because of the way the law is written . No one drug the price down except for people wanting to get out for whatever they could and since no MM's are listed , its a free for all . The SEC hasn't exactly been quiet about it , they are even fielding questions by concerned share holders .
TaxBack04 - You got me ....... what can I really say . I guess only time will tell but given the history of this company , they tried a bluff and it didn't work out . Game Over .
LOL....
who taught you that?
i can't get over how many rumors have been spread on both sides of this play short and long...
the SEC slammed the door...
i have watched plenty of stocks that don't trade 1000 shares once they hit the grays...
the shorts are covering and the BROKERS are allowing it..
this is the rottenest play in the last five years...
Actually, the SEC seems to be allowing it inadvertantly...
I warned you about fighting windmills Glassman.

OK for a minute lets assume that the SEC is still very certain there is a fraud and after two weeks of investigation they have found information supporting their original charge. Why then would they allow for the company to transfer back to Rufus without taking any action? Seems to me they would have the ability to stop trading again based on this substantial change. Sorry just does not make any sense at all which leads me to believe they have found nothing, after all this time, which supports their claims.

now that is funny...
i'm not fighting. i'm taking notes...
for instance? did you know that at another board there are half dozen people with paid subscriptions that do nothing but post negatively on CSHD? for months.. 1000's of posts... and a large proportion of them are lies..
i have "tilted a few windmills" pretty hard in my time... i don't take day-to-day events as a measure of loss or gain in this situation either...
one of the most interesting parts in this play? is how many of the people that complained about the "system" being crooked in the past have "turned" to the darkside on this one... it's huge, and it shows what really is for sale doesn't it?

You guys shouldn't be pissed at her for doing her job . She is following the blood trail that all you are choosing to over look . If you should be pissed at anyone , its Dufus . He's the one responcible for this company and the crap we are in . NO ONE ELSE .......
New board rule: no calling someone a dufus and then spelling "responsible" wrong in the next sentence

Or was it perhaps someone that didn't have enough info, maybe it was someone with some sort of alterior motive? The simple answer is you or I or anyone else here for that matter doesn't know, so don't place blame where it isn't due.
I'm not saying certain things might not have been handled poorly, but I am saying me, you and everyone else needs to realize we aren't seeing the whole picture here.

Mr BBQ "magic crystals" Miles has already taken the credit for rousting the SEC about CSHD. I want to say he has it on his website but would have to go digging in the rubbish to find it.
He mentioned it on SPR as well as posting copies of the emails he sent online.

I love it when someone is making fun of someone else and then misspells the word misspell.

I thought in the last SPR interview Simon said 30 days....I could be wrong...?
I haven't been able to find anything written (edit: in simple English not legal-ease), but I thought one of the main reasons that Rufus wanted everything in Federal court was so that it would not be dragged out indefinately. Am I getting confused?

There is no time frame to the injunction or the investigation. The 30 days stems from the judges ruling when it talked about depositions and such. The deposed had to respond within 3 days, and the request from the sec had a lifetime of 30 days.

All you have to do is read the injunction. It's pretty clear.
Or just look up at the cut and paste taxback just did.
