Milliam, I did'nt ask about that, was'nt on my mind at the time. I wanted to know about the idea of selling shares after the 16th of Oct and still getting the 6, but they could'nt give me a solid answer about that. Uh oh sceptor says I did a bad. Your description is acceptable also. Personally I think Ruf wants it. We will see.

Discovered UPS left my baby's portraits on the porch in the rain all day, carpool blocked off at school this morning, 4 yr old doesn't want to eat breakfast at home, but 5 minutes later in the car she is hungry and wanting - yes - McDonald's, I twisted my ankle, etc. etc. At this point, I've decided I should have stayed in bed....I look up, and what do I see? The license plate in front of me says "Godspd". How's that for karma?

Well from the lack of news, MM update, radio comentary, and filings I speculate Rufus may have got his face to face meeting with the SEC yesterday.
Wish I was a fly on the wall for that meeting. We got any flys that attended around here?

SherriT, Thats cool. I have sometimes thought that there were subliminal messages concealed on license plates. I hope you get better quick.

WTF? I think they make a special med for that. Check the anti-psychotic section of your local pharmacy.
I think it may have just been a coincedence. LOL!

Rich no harm meant... I was just using your post as an example. You were right trying to take it offline and PM wv1973.
Just everybody was getting freaked out about the amout of PMs going on. I was just making a point that sometimes people PM, to talk about other subjects like Charlotte social culture. No harm meant honestly. What you PM someone is your business.

Shhh... E*trade doesn't want to talk about that!
Talked to the TA they sent it back through the DTC on 10/12 (well over a month ago) Etrade has been sitting on it ever since. I have a complaint filed with their customer service department with a ref number. I don't think they expected me to have already talked with the TA and have the date and Cert number. They "are working hard to correct the situation.". LOL

Why do you keep concerning yourself with this question?
Is there some court date coming up that you think they aren't on top of?

I'm concerned because the Judge has already instructed CSHD and Rufus to get a lawyer . They can't rep. themself for the company and thats a fact .
Anyone that thinks the SEC is just going to drop this is crazy . They might not prove fraud but I'm sure they will come back with something else .
Why wait to hire a lawyer ? They know damn good and well they will need one sooner or later .
So when is sooner or later to you? If there is no way the sec can prove fraud because the bonds really are cshd's just when do you expect the sec to run into court proving it.

At this point the SEC has the green light to do anything they want with Rufus or CSHD . Just because CSHD and Rufus might feel they are innocent doesn't mean the SEC or the Judge in the case feels the same way . How many multibillion dollar companies do not have atleast one or two lawyers on retainer ?

That case was ongoing since April 2005, to anyone who thinks this thing with the SEC is almost over is nuts

Would be nice. The only thing I really didn't like was the fact that the investigation started in April 2005, and they are just announcing an end to it - 1 1/2 years later

If ANY trials come up I am sure that an ATTY will be present- specializing in whatever the case is in regards to. As of now the ball is in the court of the SEC to make a case. If they do I suppose THEN CSHD will venture down the path of an Atty (Or at least maybe sharing it with the public...since you and I aren't part of the corp operations why would they fill me in on the status of company legal counsel?).
To sit and wonder everyday who they retained makes no sense to me. The judge was referring to when they come back on 11/7 to make sure an atty is present to represent the company. Since they had NO COURT on 11/7 they did not return with an ATTY.
I am not saying that all of the folks involved with Penny stock companies are golden- but hey somehow they got into positions making 300k+ per year plus stock options.
To think they are running around flying by the seat of their pants as if they run a lemonade stand seems ridiculous. If they need lawyers they get lawyers- to assume they haven't retained one seems also ridiculous.

I didnt ask for your fears. I asked when do you think sooner or later is. If they cant prove fraud because the bonds actually do belong to cshd, just when do you expect them to run into court proving that.

When asked by a regular why he liked CSHD a poster at Ibash gave this answer. I thought it was a good, succinct overview of how most of us feel.

The first thing I like is the business plan for the hypothecation of the bonds as an asset management company. The Management seems to have there responsibilities in the right place as far as taking care of the shareholders. Next is the fact that I actually did the research to verify the bonds and making phone calls to my satisfaction on the assets that we have and I feel 100% confident in what we have. Last piece of the puzzle is the fact that by continuing to hold your shares whatever spinoff the company has will have a portion spinned off to its current shareholdetrs and thus a stock that continues to give.
