Well... I am happy now that I decided to stay up and play video games before I went to sleep. Hopefully we will get that 10Q that Rufus had up his sleeve since a couple of weeks ago.

Now we can have some fun again. Thanks for all of the great DD today people. It helped remind me of all of the good information that everyone came up with over the last several weeks. It is greatly appreciated. Sorry for my down attitude this morning. I know I was an old grouch and it must be caused by old age. OK, "someone" apparently just posted a copy of Simon's broadcast out there on the internet. Tsk Tsk Tsk, I tell you it is just terrible the things some people will do these days...
Rufus calls in at about the 12 minute mark I believe.
There are some morally questionable advertisers on that site, so I apologize for directing anyone there who may object to that kind of thing.

The TRO basically says don't break any SEC rules....It's not a GAG order or a you can't be CEO order - It's like a judge telling us Don't murder anybody....Well, DUH, yeah we know that!!!
The TRO the SeC asked for & the TRO that was granted are different as a few poeple on this board have pointed out....Hope that helped...

Well, that stated that they can continue to investigate, I think it pertained mostly to the bonds but I'd have to read it again...so what do youthink about this Stocktrader22? Do you like Rufus being back?
