The SEC didn't like the 6 to 1 share divy. Too damaging to shorts. Shorts have covered, NOW WE ROCK!!!! IMHO

I feel like no one will ever stop the naked shorting problem. The shorts are probably what triggered the SEC halt in the fist place. I have always thought the shorts are much larger than the SEC itself and that the SEC is a lap dog for the shorting industry. If the shorts are covered then the SEC will probably get off of CSHD's back and let it continue.

MM CAN happen very quickly...perhaps after the filings are updated...in order to go to OTC.BB
if not jump straight to another meger for a bigger board...

The volume ratio to the short # would take 30+ days to cover...so not not all shorts covered.
