The NT-10Q was filed, so when is the 10Q now officially due? Also since we are now a pink sheet, we arent even required to file correct?
I would think that its going to be filed whether its required or not since they went through the effort of filing the NT10Q . As for the date due , its 5 calendar days from the original due date of the 10Q .

I can go look for it for you if you wish. I know it is only about 15 pages back. It has been discussed to exhaustion every day prior to and imediately after the NT-10Q was filed.
On another thought I will when I have time, getting logged into SPR.

Gracias. I still think this all turning out all right is a long shot, however having Rufus back does give me more confidence.

Hows the fishing? HA!
Confused...but can you answer the question?
So are you still confused by my question. You seemed very confident that the "shady characters" didn't "need" to file, and now you are asking if they "needed" to file. Maybe if you weren't so clear, I would be the one confused.

lol...beeen a long weeek for me, and frustrated with this BS. There's no doubt the characters are shady, but maybe they can pull through for once? I mean come on, who lets shareholders come over to Rufus's horse stables where there are expensive horses if he was scamming us? But then again, he may not be scamming us, but pps may never be what it should be at.

So they can see the new horse they bought him, duh.

I have never seen a company get quoted off the greys...
I would not assume every brokerage get data at the same time. Just like everyone did not show the E at the same time.
It could depend on backoffice processing time frames...I really do not know.
All I know is I have seen a B&A from CSHD on my TDA streamer all week. The B&A is the same 1.50 x 1.99 everyone else is seeing.
I do not in any way doubt phil.
I am only providing the facts...and man do I ever want to see a MM on this one.
Unlike the teapot/mini-tempest I inadvertently stirred with my opinion of the caliber of "Tut"'s posts, this I believe is worthy of solid DD: how are *any* Bid/Ask ranges being displayed? Why this particular range?
Given, of course, that it's true...
Myself, I can *not* verify...no access to TDA, etc, etc...
These sorts of mechanics can reveal valuable info.

I'm not 100% sure but my understanding is your broker/dealer either has an in-house market maker or an external one. Regardless, grey sheet transactions would be processed by the market maker used by your broker/dealer. I use Charles Schwab and I see the similar anomalies that have been reported by others. Ironically, when I do see these phantom market makers on my L2 they are greyed out. This has been the case the entire time we were suspended and trading grey sheet.

Sorry guys (Portman and St Matthew), i have a lot of respect for the both of you but its obvious both of you are getting information from another source and if youre not comfortable posting it on the board then how about just keeping it totally to yourself insteaad of eluding to the fact that you know more than everyone else.
Guess what, i know some things too. In fact, ive posted a few things recently that pretty much get ignored. But, at least i dont dangle a little carrot on a stick hoping someone will PM me begging for my info. Have i PMd some people regarding info i have come across? Yup, i sure have.
Knowledge is power, please dont let it go to your heads. We are all in this together. If there are things that you arent comfortable telling other people then why bother "hinting" about it on the boards? Maybe i should just post the things I know and take all the power away from you....now that sounds like fun!
As i said, i respect you both and i appreciate the things you have actually brought to light (mostly St Matthew) but i really dont think we are at a point to be playing games with peoples minds.
All IMO of course, i dont really post much here anymore anyway so have at it.
Good points, we are all in this together!

ya...some "brokerages" are also part of the same corporate structure as related "broker/dealers/."
Clearly a conflict of interest to my way of thinking, lol--but, then I don't get make the rules. wah...
I'm not, however, asking about the "regular" anomalies...instead, I'm asking for evidence that shows some traders can have bid/ask displayed...while other traders can *not.*
make sense?

I am so sorry this post came out again, I am not very good on this computer, as if you all haven't figured this out by now. I was in profile trying to get back to the board and I keep hitting buttons ,then so "thank you for posting" and I'm like, oh no, sure enough, there it was again. Guess I'm too old to teach new tricks ha-ha. I do respect most of the people on here and I sure don't want to cause problems, sorry again.

Looks like we have a bunch of family members on this board reading this stuff. Peoples moms, dads, brothers, friends, colleagues, neighbors, and many others. People from the same cities, root for the same football teams, people who like to drink the same beer.
And who said that was only for porn?

Hello all! Just dropping in to say a quick howdy and hope that everyone is doing well. From the looks of it, I've got a LOT of reading to do. Between my new job and starting my own business, I just don't have time to hang out here too much. Tell you one thing, it sure would have been easier if this thing hit a few months ago...could have save me a bunch of work! Anyway, hello all. Hope this still works out for us!

NOOOOOOOO!
no carrots, no dangling....
seriously?
the "pump-style" banter and "pump vs bash" personal stuff should, imo, mostly go "off topic." That is, to an "off topic" thread or PMs...
Why?
In the past, this has been a "premier board," noticed Web-wide for its DD and hard-nosed dialog. Should that matter to any/all of you, seems to me we should make this thread live up to its title...
Given the uniqueness of this play? We here at Allstocks should be unique...
