You Sir need to get a lawyer ASAP. The SEC has been shown that everything we have said that we own are real,the bonds and such. The company is in the process of a share buy back, from all share holders on the most recent nobo list. Seeing how the world is against the CVSU business model the company will revert to private operation. Keep watch shareholders and stay strong. PS those that talked bad about me in the pal talk room. Everytime I look at this thread, I see some of the most ridiculous things I have ever seen in my life:

Once again keep watch, thats why I was praying for the halt. The company will be contacting brokers and share holders on the most recent nobo list to buy back their extra shares in CVSU private stock. Shares will be accessed at a value of $2 a share. Share holders not on nobo list will be fighting with their brokers, thus hanging the shorters when they have to pay. THE COMPANY WILL ONLY BE BUYING BACK 777 MILLION SHARES AT $2PPS.(111 million o/s x 7) The buy back will be funded through a private entity.

Anyone can call themselves anything they want in those comments, Sabra Dabra Doo posted negative comments in most of the previous CSHD bashing articles from that writer.

think about it. if you wanted shares, wouldnt it be a slick move to impersonate rufus saying the company would be buying only a portion of the shares, implying going private. Then work to instill uncertainty and when reopen run it down then up over the $2 price? You can catch a lot of shares doing that.

What portion are you implying about 111 mil. * 7 = 777 million.

Drop the *7 for the moment.
what did the first nobo state for a shortage, 75 million. According to that 75 million shares beyond the 111 million arent real but are owned by people in the market (air shares).
That means the company would buy only some of the shares and the rest will be fighting with their brokers as the post states because they will be left out in the cold. So induce insecurity in the stock, and they have been in full gear towards that this weekend, and open with a drop then a run up over $2 and scoop a ton of shares.

OK, so many of you did not recess today ... the comments have been interesting! I'm always watching the fundamentals of the stock, in this case, CSHD. What I find interesting, is the bashers can say nothing fundamentally negative ... just what "they think".
So, where have we longs been all this time? Any time some new dd, 8K, etc., has come out, we dd'd it. We came to our own conclusions based on what we saw ... and here we are. Personally, if I see anything to make me think "this ain't goin to work", I get out. That phillosophy has worked for me many times to my financial benefit!
The one element that strikes me now is that the SEC and CSHD "negotiated" this week and we have apparently seen the results. Why negotiate if something material was wrong with the bonds ... if there were something wrong, just through the whole thing out ... don't waste time with Rufus and such, just throw it all out! That did not happen!
I'm still learning alot ... from many of you ... I still have much to learn. I have learned enough to know, when people come out of the woodwork to bash on baseless assertions, don't listen to them. I'm all ears ... if you got it, bring it .. or otherwise shut the h-up! I know the difference between baseless bashing and things looking really sour. I have personally seen nothing less than exciting about this stock and believe we are in for something rarely seen in "penny stocks".
We could go through many reasons I believe in this play and, without any reason to doubt it, I will hold and buy more when it re-opens providing the SEC allows it to re-open. Matter of fact, above and beyond all else, if the longs hold, the shorts still have to cover! ... and I do plan on buying more upon re-opening ... a little competition for the shorts. Why do this ... to further insure my and other long's success. Strictly JMO. GLTA!

Not sure trade, I was just skimming through Allstocks and on pg 51 there are posts by "RufusPaulHarris". I don't where they came from, if they are real or fake, just trying to see if anyone knows...
