FWIW, I spoke with my attorney last night about a possible lawsuit against the SEC. She specializes in Real Estate, so she admitted that I should contact another attorney and that she would help me in my effort to find one. It was her belief that we don't have much of a case until all is said and done. Once the court case is concluded we might be able to look at options for those who sold because of the SEC's week case to suspend this stock. She also said we may be able to go after them for health problems caused by stress related to this case, LOL she was chuckling. I'll be working on finding a more appropriate source and get back to everyone with what I find...

The court proceedings were nothing more than the SEC attorneys standing around talking about the case to one another.
The only problem with CSHD was that the judge wanted Mike to have an attorney for signing the consent form. I’m not sure if the attorney messed this up or Mike or what. I’m pretty sure the judge wasn’t furious, but I can’t say for sure because I never saw him. Alana Black was calling around looking for Mike and his attorney. I had the feeling that they thought he was going to be there. They ended up getting his number and doing a conference call with the judge to settle everything. They did all of that in the judge’s chambers, so I didn’t hear what actually happened.
I just sat there in court trying to over hear as much as I could. At one time 2 other SEC attorneys came in and discussed the case with Bill Hicks and Alana Black.
The SEC attorneys seem very confident or cocky. They were laughing about the case and their “findings”. What struck me as odd was that they didn’t seem to be on the same page for the case.
Now, this is all from my recollection and trying to pick information out of several on going conversations from a distance. There were a few people that talked loud and a few that whispered, so I couldn’t get the whole discussion.
I’m pretty sure I heard Bill Hicks ask Alana Black where Rufus was and she said he wasn’t showing. Bill then said are you worried about him fleeing? Alana said no, he signed the consent so it’s ok. Correct me if I’m wrong, but is Bill not the head attorney? Don’t you think he would have known if Rufus had signed the consent?
They went on to talk about Euroclear and about getting the deposition. Bill then said something about getting onto Euroclear and looking at the bonds. Again, I was trying to pick up their conversation, so I can’t be sure, but it sounded like he said he broke Euroclear or broke into Euroclear. Anyway, he said it looked like a cut and paste job. From this I think he meant that CSHD got into Euroclear, found a bond they liked and then cut and paste the numbers for the PR. He didn’t say this, but that’s what I felt he was meaning. Alana then said something about it being all hacked up or hashed or something. She chuckled and they were kind of laughing about how crazy it all was.
Bill then went on to say “we’re going to find something”. I heard that one quite clear. So, they have nothing at this point? They won’t stop until they find something?
It sounded like they discussed the pump and dump idea, but they were not sure of the dump part. They talked about having to figure out who gained on this. Something was said about Mike’s wife having a lot of shares.
Now to the funny part….Alana mentioned Rufus going onto SPR and talking about shutting down the SEC email or something and congressional hearings and such. Bill then joined in and was talking about the boards and how we think that sending all of those letters and such are going to lead to these things. He went on to basically say we’re all nuts and zealots to believe in these things. And there I was…the only “nut” in the place (I think the other 2 nuts had left by this time). So, those guys read the boards. BTW, Hi Bill, Alana…
I rode the elevator down with them afterwards. They asked if I was there for the Conversion hearing and if I was a shareholder. I said yes to both and the one lady (Debbie I believe) seemed pleased that I showed. I then asked what actually happened and they explained that since Mike didn’t show up, the judge ruled no contest or something like that. I asked them what that meant and they said it means they can continue on with the lawsuit. I asked if the lawsuit was against Rufus and CSHD and they said yes.
So, overall…the SEC attorneys seemed very confident that this is a scam and that they will find something at some point. As you will know from my past postings…I think they are wrong on that.

That's the most maddening thing about all of this. The court date was set. You don't just "hear" that nothing will happen and decide not to show up. You show up, and if nothing happens you go home. And, by the way, you bring your $*^#*$^& lawyer with you.
"if he knew the SEC attorneys were going to be there, he would have been there himself"
Are you kidding me with this? Seriously?

Many of us were thrown off the trail (yes trail, not trial) by last friday's PR and 8-K that removed Rufus and installed MA, in that it appeared that MA had struck a settlement deal w/SEC. Yesterday's court display by SEC (4 lawyers present who still deny the validity of the bonds) shows:
1) That no deal exists and that all that was reported in the PR and 8-K was MA's attempt to show the SEC that CSHD is willing to 'play ball' with the SEC.
and
2) That the SEC will never accept the fact that the bonds are valid. Thus it will take a judicial ruling to establish this fact.

How do you guys get your broker to accept a GTC order? I usually don't call them in. I called to put one in on CSHD since you have to call the orders in. He said it was too high and the MM would not accept it. How do you guys call them in? Do I need to bypass the local office? I have scottrade.

You should call them back and inform them that there are no MM's on the stock at this time...therefore the excuse of the MM not taking the askis BS...and insist that they put the order in!

I wonder who jerked around the website. Whoever messed with it took off the court papers and stripped it of a few other things. Pretty dumb really. Even penny stocks have a better looking website than that.

ClayN, with Scottrade (National), their charge is $27.00 ... they suggested I call the local office where I found the normal charges and they did it for me at $100 pps.
Good morning! (please)

I have to agree with every bit of that. I do appreciate the info from milliam, st. matt, and others, but my confidence in this has started to waver with this episode.
Sabra, who inspired so much confidence in the company is out? They completely screwed the pooch in court(big time), and a few peeps are as confident as ever after the BBQ? What have they seen that I missed that warrants this confidence?
I hope I'm missing something, cuz I want my confidence back.

You think that the MM's would let this run up? They are going to shake this tree as much as they can to see how many shares will drop into their laps. JMHO
THANKS MILLIAM FOR THE COURT UPDATE!!. Most interresting... good job.

No worries luv... This thing is going to hoist anchor and set a heading North. It is just a matter of time.
I know of one senario that could do it, and according to Rufus on SPR it is already in the works. If it is true, no one not even the all powerful SEC will be able to hold this thing back.

If Mike was feeding me a line, then he's the best BSer I've ever seen.
As for confidence, I guess it was just how Mike was and his personality. I could be totally wrong here, but I believe his 100%. One of my major character flaws is that I always find something wrong with everything (my wife hates it too!). I'm very critical of people for that reason, but I'm right at 100% on Mike.

Hello Alana... Hello Bill... Have a nice day!
Have you been sittin' on Santa's lap again, Tax? I was really shocked - my husband told me to buy more (after her kidded me about when we would make 15.9 million off this stock).
I hope whatever you know happens, and we can get off the coaster for a few days at least...GLTUA!

About the website...while we were all sitting around Rufus's computer, Mike was asking if the 8k had come out yet. We all didn't know, so he pulled up cvsu.us. One of the shareholders asked him who does the website and Mike said something like "yeah, I've got to get that fixed". FWIW.

Thanks for the coverage Milliam. As for the website I have to wonder who broke it? Sharp observation on Mike's part.
