I agree PORTMAN if they start taking pot shots at the company as a whole or whether anything Rufus has said to shareholders is a lie. They had better understand that there is now an entity of Shareholders that will hold their feet to the flame on false accusations. Shareholders that were squarely in the green before they started mucking with the company and the CEO's reputation and shareholders who were witness to Rufus's promises kept.

Lack of MM's on the 1st trade date and slander from NY Post and Carol Redmond will cause a spike down on reentry.
Slow climbs will be a Godsend if you ask me but not very plausable with the current SEC and Basher efforts. Cooperative or not. IMO

Honestly, I think it would be great if it took the MM's a while to get back on board. Kind of tying our hands a bit as trading begins again. I hate impulse buying and impulse selling for that matter.
If everyone is jumping out of a perfecly good airplane without parashutes just because of a sense of panic. Well... lets just say I would be happy that my seatbelt was stuck and I was placed me at the back of that line.

I hope this little escapade with the SEC has shaken the tree. In fact, I wouldn't mind seeing the price go down if this thing gets to trading again. I have a small position in this and wouldn't mind adding a substaintial number of shares to my holdings at a discount price. More money I can make in the long run.
It comes down to whether you believe in the company or not. If you have satisfied yourself that this is a legitimate play, then why worry if a bunch of holders dump their shares when this thing starts back up. IMO, I think a drop in pps upon a restart of trading will be temporary and could benefit those of us that are holding strong.
This is definitely not a play for the weak of heart. I wouldn't be in it with money I couldn't afford to lose, but like I said in the beginning, my investment in this company has been made with expendable income. The risk to reward ration is definitely in my favor.
On the other side, if this thing never trades again, I only lose what I have invested in this, I don't even look at what could have been, cause it never was. The suspension has made it where I can't lose any more money that what I have in play. If it hadn't been suspend and the pps dropped due to the investigation, I would have been buying the cheap shares. Investigation concludes, CSHD gets shut down, then I would be pissed. With the suspension, there is nothing to think about. I'm either out my small play or I make a lot of money. We either trade again or not. All other speculation at this point is worthless, because it does not change the fact that no one can do anything with this until after the investigation is over.
I believe the bonds are real and I believe I will one day retire because of this investment. It's like knowing you hold the winning ticket to the next Powerball drawing.
If you believe the bonds are real, then you know how I feel. If you don't, then you can sell me your shares when this thing starts trading again.

This is the very reason why Rufus SHOULD have a good SEC stock and bond type lawyer at his side when going to court. If the SEC goes off to another direction with accusations, that type of a lawyer will be better prepared to combat the situation. We need this resolved with the best team possible.

I think it is time we took some solid action to help this along for Rufus and I have certain things that can help this along with some solid forward movement because of who I am. If the SEC investigated and found nothing, I would hold nothing against them for this. If they investigate, find nothing, and try to move on to something else. Then I would think that they are persecuting this man.

he should have had an attorney a month ago when this started. you can't bring an attorney up to speed on something this complicated in less than a week. he may be drinking kool-aide but you can bet that the sec lawyers aren't.

I hope the SEC will really only focus on this bond issue.. but i fear they'll try to get whatever they can.. even though Rufus has congressional connections or what not.. I would think the MM's do too, and they'll lobby it to death.. lets hope we got the better dog..

1. The SEC wants this company buried. They actually have not wanted to settle out of court, that was a misunderstanding. Rufus is actually happy that they don't want to settle.
2. Rufus predicted 90% of what was going to happen. He fully expected them to do this and he is telling them, "They grabbed the wrong tiger by the tail!" They don't know what's coming.
3. I'm not surprised at anything they do to make it seem like it's a fraud.
4. The delisting is what's supposed to happen because all market makers have to re-file form 15c-211
5. They are not going to find ANY fraud in anything they've claimed as fraud! When they made those statements, they made a HUGE mistakes. They are not going to find anything wrong with the Venezuelan bonds, they are there and that's what they'll find.
6. Maurice Bennett, the lawyer for CSHD, is very intelligent and he's the best lawyer to deal with the claims against us as fraud.
7. I didn't need a lawyer to go to court the first time b/c I knew what I had and that's what the court wanted.
8. He's meeting with several lawyers on Tuesday to build a solid defense, but it's not really a defense, it's more of an OFFENSE! They have nothing to defend because they have what they say they have and the SEC is at fault and will be on the defense.
9. I want lawyers that are tigers and bulldogs that don't fear the SEC. They have to be willing to go and grab the SEC by the throat and fix this problem! I don't doubt one bit that I will find some that will do it.
10. We are going to file a counter-suit immediately against the SEC for hollering fraud when it is known that there is illegal short selling against CSHD.
11. I've told everyone from day 1 that we were going after them. It's being kicked up a notch now!
12. The SEC is still questioning the Bonds and is asking for documents and looking at documents. Rufus feels 100% confident and knows that they were shocked to find that he had a personal login to a portal on EUROCLEAR. He said they were confident until they heard that.
13. No questions were asked on the Deutsche bank deal. We'll see if they ask about it today. I'll be glad to answer anything they want, I'm not concerned one bit about any of the banks we are dealing with.
14. The banks are required to have their platforms before we work with them to manage our bonds. We've looked at several banks and went with the ones we thought best.
15. EUROCLEAR will give their depositions to the SEC at 1pm on Tuesday.
16. Rufus doesn't know Rudy Guiliani, but Sabra Dabbs does and he doesn't doubt. He said that he and his officers know people, that's all there is to it! No one needs to prove it, if you don't believe it, that's your problem!
17. Shareholders losing investment? Rufus said that nothing is FRAUD, we have what we say we have! 29. Shareholder committee has representation of 13 million shares! That is enough to move forward with election of officers to the board of the shareholders committee.

32. WE NEVER received a Cease and Desist letter from LEHMAN brothers, that was false. The note didn't even have anything to do with Lehman brothers. That proved it was propaganda, it showed how illogical it was!
33. Rufus thinks it would be great if every shareholder in this company could show up at the courthouse in Atlanta on the 7th.
34. Today the company showed to be deleted not delisted, but it's irrelevant b/c we are in court so what happens now does not need to be given much time.
35. Once we come out of court, EVERYTHING will be fixed.
36. As for trading by the 8th, we hope it will be sooner, we are going to hit them with everything we can.
37. I have no notion of resuming trading on any exchange except through the Market maker we have contracted. There is a process that has to be followed for market makers to sign on.

39. The Shareholders committee is just a voice for the shareholders. They can be at every board meeting and vote and make recommendations to the board and take it to the shareholders. It is not a negative thing to have a committee.
40. As for shareholders flooding the SEC and offices of congress, "Use your voice, it's your right, draw attention to it! The FRAUD must be stopped! I don't want my mother to invest in anything that is fraud and lose money on it. There is too much TOXIC FUNDING going on in the world that is robbing shareholders blind.
41. The SEC stood in the courtroom and said that this was a massive pump and dump scheme and all Rufus could do was smile. He was prepared for this, that's why he doesn't even have a brokerage account. He's covered and has nothing to hide!
42. We will go congressional if we have to take it there! But it's already there, b/c this fraud MUST STOP! Use your voice!
43. The class action suit won't be against Rufus, if there is one! It will be against a BUNCH of people and the shareholders will get their money! We'll see to it!
44. We've started a movement! I told you it was coming! This is FUN, I'm enjoying every bit of it. I have no fear whatsoever!
45. The last time I was in this position in Broadban, I tried to do this same thing because it was my fiduciary responsibility to my shareholders.
46. The guy posing as Timothy Miles last night is in serious trouble. All others that are bashing the stock, they can't just say harmful things about the company and expect for it to just be ok. There will be consequences for their actions.
47. Rufus will ask the court to not allow the trading to continue if it's put on the pinksheets b/c he knows they want to run the price into the ground. We will deal with it.

It changes everything. It forces to SEC to not continue to overstep their power here (in my opinion, they already have). It forces them to say..."Hey, they do owe the bonds...we better stop digging around or this could get ugly for us". The point is, they did not do their DD before the halt. They took the word of a criminal and ran with it. That shouldn't have happned. We CAN and WILL sue them for that. It gives us more leverage once they find out the bonds are legit. In other words...they have to start acting more like a Basset Hound than a Bulldog.

st matt. maybe you are right. but i think that the basset hound took a mighty big bite out of the bulldog's butt, so the bull dog should respect the basset hound very much and watch him closely.
it isn't the size of the dog in the fight but the size of the fight in the dog that counts.
let's hope the sec isn't commiitted to go all the way on this and lets us go with a slap on the wrist.
