I went back and looked at it again... and I do not see any mention of sections 20(e) or 17(a). Could you give me a page number or reference point. Additionally, when reference is written X(y) it is referencing the entire section of the 1934 rule, specific rule violations are listed as Xy-z... Atleast that is what I was looking for.
Can someone explain to me how a trade for 47288 shares happens when you are trading on the Grey Sheets? I was under the impression that this was a "Trading Blind" type of scenario where TraderA says I have X number of shares that I am willing to sell for X amount of money per share, and at the same time there happens to be a TraderB who has a buy request for the exact same number of shares at the exact same price per share.
Spooky...that's how I understood it also!
Jokingly... that could be Alana buying in... or the little bank teller that is finalizing the line. HA! LOL

fhalyesss, If I have this right, the seller could have a block larger than what was purchased or smaller. If larger, the buyer fills his/her order completely. If smaller and the buyer does not choose all or nothing, then they get all of what's available to purchase. This should hold for greys as well.

Tax -- beginning on page 10 of Memorandum of Law in Support of Plaintiff's Emergency Application For Temporary Restraining Order and Other Equitable Relief you will see the legal arguments listed. Section III, A. 2 and Section III C. Hope that helps.

I'm about to hop off here now for a few days. I'm going back to my hometown in WV to attend the funral of one of my first cousins who died this week in Minnesota. If anyone on this board is from the twin-cities area, you might have heard of him. John "Jay" McLinden -- he was Anoka County Administrator for the past 22 years.
Have a great weekend. I'll try to read this thread when I return.

I'd like to thank the three people who decided to rate me a "1 star" because I criticized their pet stock. It reminds me once again why I left the boards in the first place a few years ago.

So they go and rate me "1 star" because I criticized it? Again, I'm just saying it reminds me why I left the boards previously. Criticize someone's stock, and they take it personally.

WV, Sorry for your loss. I'm sure this stock will be here when you return. Be safe.

They are new since I've come back. I was using the fact that several people felt it necessary to jump on my rating with "1 star" ratings to in some way "punish" me for criticizing their stock. It seems to illustrate how little things have changed in the last few years on this board.

Kevin, why would they bother reading your history. You came in here and insulted a stock that we have spent months researching. You didn't simply give an opinion, you tried to rub it in everyones face. Get over it, you have no stake here and you are obviousy too sensitive to post on a public forum.

Hope you'll stick around and post on some stocks you do like..giving all a chance to know your knowledge... GLTY!

I'm sensitive? Repoman gave me one star for criticizing his football team (whom I like very much, but just don't think they'd do real well in the power conferences). And at least you've admitted that I was simply criticizing the STOCK. It has all the characteristics of the classic "pumper-dumper." You can believe that or not, I don't care. I just find it funny that you call ME "sensitive" when the people whose stock I criticized are the ones giving me bad ratings without even checking out what kind of posts I've made in the past, simply because I criticized their pet stock. Now THAT is sensitive.

1 star for you, thanks for playing... You're rated based on your posts within this thread..seams as though most things you have said deserve less than 1 star but most have compromised with the 1 star approach

Not surprising. You seem like the type.
As for the guy who told me about turning off the "ratings" feature, thanks for the tip. I will be doing so shortly.

I gave you one star for being stupid enough to live in Ft. Worth. I guess you could say I'm about as rational as you are.

Yeah, I suppose that actually criticizing everyone's favorite pumper-dumper is worth a poor rating. Have fun with that.

Plano's a nice little town. It has many redeeming qualities. Obviously, you're not one of them.

I've simply posted my opinion that this is a pumper-dumper stock. The charts support me in this assertion.

Can we please keep the discussion to the stock itself. I really could a ---- about these stupid stars and who has what. UNBELIEVABLE!

The discussion of the ratings was making the point of how people get so emotionally wrapped up in a stock, that they take any criticism of it personally. Sorry to derail the discussion, but I do think that point is valid.

What's valid is that RU would DESTROY Florida, Texas, and Arkansas. Auburn would be tough, OSU and Michigan are out of our league right now... perhaps you aren't familiar with Schiano's recruiting techniques.. he has a "secret" facility working out of South Florida... Pretty soon, RU will OWN the 3 Florida powerhouses.
