good morning everyone. wv1973 i appreciate your posts. imho you have a good handle on things. since this stock has lost 83% of its "value" since 10/16 when it was trading at 2.80, mike and his friends need to jump into high gear to fix whatever's wrong.
however, there are other stocks that are really doing well right now, so keep focused and make today a great day!!!!!!!

Morning... Yes the SEC is fishing. Too bad it is from the banks of the our-creep cess pool... No fish in there, just a snake.
Can't wait till the Judge comes by and puts up the "No Fishing" sign.
It is hard to believe they are allowed to jerk around with peoples... innocent tax paying peoples... hard earned money in this fashion. It is like the bashers that claim to be saiving people, but are really trying to drive a dip in the price so they get their entry point.
There is risk in investing, and we have done the DD to be comfortable. For the SEC to come back and say what he said was "not entirely true" is not good enough! If it is a "misstatement" then you point out a company, big board or not, that has never published a slightly exagerated positive PR or forward looking statement. If they don't have anything at this point, they should be able to step back. They are the SEC they can always give it a couple of months and then come after them again if things are still not on the level. It is not like a retrial when you are talking about the SEC.
I personally think they are fishing an empty pond, and I think it is possible that they may have an alternative agenda... look at the irreparible damage they are doing here. Who knows how many additional deals we are losing because of this. Who knows how many family's are being hurt (even minorly) who know and believe in this company. Who knows how this is damaging the reputations of key figures who worked to set-up these deals and get them going.
I want a congressional probe. I want the justice good or bad we have been asking for. I want it ASAP.

Hey repo -- great game. was rooting for rutgers. now rooting for cincy and/or syracuse to sneak up on you and win -- for pitt to beat louisville and after beating pitt my beloved Mountaineers will kick your butts for the Big East championship!!!!
But no matter how it comes out, the Big East sure has silenced the critics. Who needs the likes of VPI and Miami?

Don't know how they've "silenced the critics." They've knocked each other off, and they certainly have gaudy records, but if they played in a real conference, they'd have 3 losses.

For you to sell your shares so we do not have to put up with your moaning all the time on every board!!!
What are you talking about? I didn't ask to be attacked, I believe that you should be warned for attacking me for no reason what so ever. All I asked for is what is the next process in this stock? Is there going to be another court session, are we waiting to hear official word from the SEC?

I don't know, having three teams in the top 10-15 in the nation out of one conference isn't so bad. Kicking the SEC's (oops that's Southeast Conference) a$$ last year in the Sugar Bowl was pretty good. I think the conference will stand on its own competitively.

wv...no excuess for lou beating the mountaneers... wva going to a bowl but not for the national championship..maybe next yr..glad rutgers won.. now the last game of the season between wva and rutgers is much more meaningful

The dumbest comment last night was by Herbstreit when he was like, after this game I think it is clear that the Big East can stand on its own.
That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. It was 2 Big East teams playing one another! #3 vs #15 and both teams looked about even. Throw in Louisville beating West Virginia, and those are all Big East teams that had close games with one another. If and when one of those teams plays a real team like Florida, Auburn, or LSU from the SEC and can beat them, then you can say the Big East is no joke.

Repo, I am here to pay homage....I went to bed when it was 25-7 and woke up to find I was gonna have to eat my words. Rutgers is a much better team than I gave them credit for being...especially the defense and Rice.

We beat the SEC last year. Sugar Bowl. Mission accomplished. Auburn, Florida, LSU great teams. In fact, a good friend of mine is Nick Saban. Played against him in high school and he married Terri a next door neighbor of mine.

The pollsters have consistently overrated the Big East all year long. The fact that they had 3 top 15 teams speaks only to that fact. I would say that if you put OH ST, MICH, FLA, TEX, OU, etc. in the candyass Big East, that they'd run the table. If you flipped either of the Big East's "big" three into one of the other conferences, they'd lose three times.

Life's tough. I've been there. However, with CSHD, you get what you pay for: a pumper-dumper stock, in which this Taxback character is probably the only one who has made any money--well, except for the crooked management of the company, that is. Or perhaps he is part of the crooked management as well.

Haha, nice argument. In fact, it's just as good as it was last year when people made it, and then WVU beat the Mighty Georgia Bulldogs. You know "Best team in the SEC" last year? Guess that doesn't count, right?
LMAO.
