We get your point Imachadl .... You think you are never going to see your money again. You think Rufus is very wrong. Please do me a favor, go away for a while and come back after the 7th. After a while, your consistant complaints are not very constructive. I realize your concern .... but how many times must you repeat them? I suggest that you stay on the Big Board, stay safe and we will probably see you there in a couple of weeks with CSHD. Have a nice weekend.

Being new to the board and pennys, I just don't know what to think. Some strongly Pro, some strongly Con. I listen to Rufus on Subpennyradio, and he is very convincing, although I find it hard to believe all these people including the SEC are out to get him for whatever selfish or incompetent reasons they may have. But, I guess it is possible. Regardless, I am in for the long haul (with or without choice) since it can't be traded anyway. I hope Rufus and CSHD come out smelling like a rose, I don't like loosing money.

I wish I would have known about the shareholders meeting, I could have contacted an associate of mine in TX and sent him to this event... Did all of you know about this? Is anyone planning on attending?

Yeah 10 I remember that, but I assumed it was a private meeting, not sure when it became open to all shareholders... I hope there are shareholders there who can relay to the boards what goes on. Either way I take this meeting with the shareholders as a positive, Rufus would be hiding his tail if he was scamming us...

I hope there is a good showing from shareholders at the meeting. The next time they hold a shareholder meeting they should release something to give us more time to plan traval arrangements.

From bonds submitted to GSCCCA site, Eddy Reyes Torres is the signed name granting Conversion solutions the 500 mil bond... If anyone can read (mostly spanish) any (google) searches related to Mr. Torres, there may be some information related to potential projects justifying bond issuance to conversion solutions.

From my understanding this was just an impromptu gathering loosly outlined off the cuff over subpennyradio broadcasts.
I do not believe it can be acurately labled a shareholder meeting.

Hello all- I am new to the board. I made the decision to buy CSHD unfortunately the day before it was halted and have about 20k in it. I have been totally freaking ever since, but wanted to thank most of you for your words. I have found much needed comfort in them. Most of you sound like you have been in the stock for a while, have done some serious investigating and know most of the circumstances up to now. Being a believer is challenging for me right now , I am trying, but I wanted you all to know you have sincerely helped me. I live in Atlanta and will be in attendance at the hearing. Thank you!!!
