NO. It's based on the number of shares you held at EOD yesterday the 16th. The 30th is when the shares will be delivered.
ok that mean than if someone buy today he/she will not get those extra shares the 30th right?

Ok, so in the meantime if I were to flip and sell all out making money, I may then buy back those shares that I started with before the 30th, possibly cheaper and still make out!!!! AWESOME!!!

I really love how this is all playing out, but I can't get the too good to be true out of my mind. I am holding long and strong, but here is what doesnt make sense to me. After the 6:1 ratio the book value will be $11.00 based on current assets, but not even based on another 8 billion Rufus says he has "contracted".
If we go to Nasdaq this will surely boost price too. The one thing that concerns me is that yes we have all these bonds, but where is the business plan and the JV's etc...that will make investors see the true worth of the company. If he has 15billion in bonds, but doesnt use it, then it means nothing.
Also here is the clincher...how in the world can Rufus make many investors millionaires or more. I put in a measly $8,000 in this stock, and if the price gets to $25 at one point post 6:1 ratio is $929,950.
So if this company was for real, with the assets they have compared to other companies, most of the companies trade in the $60-$150 range.
So if we can hit $25 and be on nasdaq, im a millionaire? Seems impossible.
Stock, did you listen to Rufus last night? This company is huge. We are going to get even BIGGER! Rufus is a very intelligent business man, he has never failed us even ONCE. Let's just sit back and thank God that he has given us a financial opportunity like this. GLTY and enjoy it!
I did hear Rufus last night. But keep in mind what else has he done, besides being the CEO of BBAN a crappy penny stock? What I'm saying is, the company has the potential to be huge, but the one thing that concerns me is where the money from the bonds will be going, we havent seen any business plan at all!
Trust me, I want this to be HUGE, being 20 years old and making close to a million dollars is HUGE. But the question is, will investors ever have enough confidence in this one to be able to trade it close or past its book value?

actually, that is kind of offensive.
Note that I wished you all luck and hope for the best for you all. Allstocks has traditionally been a board for stock discussion. I was just discussing my thoughts. I knew I shouldn't have posted that, I figured I would get some backlash. I just feel for your "brethren" that sold yesterday (such as Jo) and now everyone is mocking them.
again, good luck to everyone. I respect most of the folks on this board and hope this all pans out the way you want it to.
I am going to jump in only because I have worked with you, St. Matt, here, and have worked with Skip elsewhere on the board....both of you are super guys with great intentions.
Skip, I don't believe the people who sold yesterday are being mocked, though I do feel very sorry for them. To me, this was a classic case of rewarding longs vs. flippers, and any one of us could have gotten caught with our pants down. I do agree that there are amazing opportunities coming even without getting the extra shares, though I think St. Matt's choice of words was more from excitement than intending to cause offense.
Hope my comments don't cross either of you the wrong way...I want to see everyone make loads of dough, or at least be happy with the choices they make. [/QB]
SherriT...thanks, you are correct. I was just saying there is so much opportunity to make more money in this stock. If people can't see that...well, I can't help them. I am truly sorry for those who got out...honestly. If you go back and read my posts, you can see that I only want positive results for all (except the shorts).
Jo...I didn't know you got out...sorry to hear that. I'm not saying that I never considered it weeks ago when we were waiting, waiting, waiting for the 10-K and we were told it would be here...only to see the extension filed. Wow, was I bummed...go read my posts. But I believed in this group and the DD we do and I knew it would be OK. I listed to the clues and knew it would be a mistake to get out, or try to flip.
Skip, wait for a good entry point and get back in...the water is fine. Hey, I didn't hear about this stock until it was over a buck. My average purchase price is about a buck fifty. I was a bit bummed that I heard about it 2 days after the merger news and could have bought shares for a song, but I'm happy with what I have now because I believe in this company and where it is going. Again...GLTY.

I just want to know where they are going to get all of the money to pay out to share holders. Say there are about 4,500 share holders total, and say on average each person makes $45,000 that's $202,500,000. I don't know many companies that can afford to give out that kind of money to its shareholders...

jmoe when people sell. how much they make will be dependant on the pps at the time of the sale. The company isn't buying these shares from anyone.

You may have just sold out of your 6:1 ratio.
Not if my name is on the list twice and I kept a few shares to stay on record. I should have said almost all out. I may then pick up less or that amount in which I held the 16th depending on how I feel in a few weeks.

Personnal opinion, I don't see this price moving up much until they can get off this pink sheet manipulation and onto the NASDAQ.
I am new to writing on the board but have been reading for weeks. Thanks to all have written good posts. MM's and shorters go away. I am in this LOOOOOOONGGG.

This seems like a hard thing to calculate. I'm new to this (well, it sounds like we're all new to THIS), but I was wondering about what the pps is going to do based off of this 6:1 deal.
At first, I thought the price would be divided by 6 on the 30th, but it sounds like the shares were based off of yesterday only, thus the price would adjust based off of yesterday's close.
If this has yet to adjust based off of the 6:1, then we need to be trading at $10.80 before the adjustment. That would put us back to $1.80 (where we'd all actually have $15 per old share). If we fall below $1.80 then we'll all be under $15 per old share.
I don't think there will be a sudden adjustment, but I figure the pps will adjust at some point. Then again, I guess you can't base the pps just off of the 6:1, you need to factor in the new BV as well. Now, if you could only get some people to factor in that BV!
Bump....do these numbers make sense to anyone?

So if a share purchased today only gives you one share after the 30th, then the naked shorters would have to buy 7 shares today to cover!
