Hey gang, I just spoke with Sabra, what a great asset and personality to bring to the company. I feel like I get so much further when I speak with her instead of Ben, ha! She said we can expect more PRs shortly dealing with the move to NASD and our additional shares!!! After speaking with Ben last night and Sabra today I feel more confident than ever in my investment!

Not in the Wall Street Journal as of today.

I read it over a nice long brunch.... better to spend time learning about the world market and how CSHD will fit in it at this point.

Get ready to graduate people!

Oddly enough... front page article in WSJ discusses the decline of hedge funds.... hmmm.

Watch WSJ for the ripples. We are a big rock about to be thrown in that ocean.

Probably a stupid question, but if we are on the shareholder list on the website, is it necessary to have certs for this 6:1 ratio or are we okay?

Bucky ~ I do not have the ability to PM. In answer to you question. the CEO of United Health Care was on CNBC yesterday talking about his resignation. Rufus said "Pretty Face" but don't automatically think that is going to be a woman. It could just be someone very recognizable who has a known presence in Wallstreet, Government, and large dollar deals. Someone who will be more appropriate both in look and rep.when interviewed on CNBC, or other large news services. Here is what I have on UHC's CEO.

quote:
William W. McGuire, M.D. will leave the company on or before December 1, 2006, and he stepped down today as Chairman of the Board and as a Director. Between now and his departure, he will continue as Chief Executive Officer and will assist in an orderly transition to new leadership. The Board expressed its appreciation for the extraordinary contributions made by Dr. McGuire over the past 15 years. Under his leadership, UnitedHealth Group has had an enormous positive impact on the American health care system, making significant contributions in improving accessibility and making the health care system more affordable; the company became an industry leader with revenues growing from approximately $600 million to more than $70 billion. The stock price of UnitedHealth Group rose by almost 8500 percent, more than 30 times the growth of the S&P 500. The employees, shareholders and customers of UnitedHealth Group have all benefited from his leadership, energy and vision.
Here is the link:

http://www.uhc.com/newsroom/newsreleases/unitedhealthgroupboardannouncesseriesof actions.htm

By the way I in no way know if this CEO resignation is at all tied to CSHD. Rufus just said watch the news and look at who CSHD is hiring. Heck the mention of Bill Gates nephew a few weeks back raises eye brows... I really am just looking for a trail, I have not found a good solid lead yet. I am just saying that Sabra is there and experienced, but it could be someone else... Someone huge in reputation.

Here's what Rufus said last night- how is he lying?

"It's still $15 / share if you can't do the math I can't help you, it's so simple it's stupid!"

So I ask again respectfully, IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOU?

An ignorant post like that does not deserve respect, IMO. trade04 was probably one of the fools that sold yesterday.

Thank you Rufus for making me a highly potential millionaire. It will be nice to retire before age 40.

If it was so simple, why all the discussion and selloff at first, then anger, then pats on the back? Seemed like a lot of confused folks out there.

I hope this goes through for you all and you guys make tons of money.

The only thing that leaves a bad taste in my mouth is that it seems they care not for future shareholders. Why would I buy now? How do those folks feel that sold yesterday when it was tanking? You can all pat yourself on the back now for being away from your computers when it tanked, or just holding. But the folks that sold are "screwed". Normally, folks might buy back in, but why would they now? Just seems like the company is so concerned with the shareholders of 10/16, that no one else matters. And I have to say, that a PPS of $15 or $100 will have to be sustained by new buyers. Also, who is running the company while these guys are in chat rooms and on internet radio? [Razz]

good luck guys, just wanted to give my 2 cents.
It's been a long road for you, I hope it pays off (remember, I was in this under .10 when it was FHAL, doh!)

No offense Skip...but any investor that can't see this as a wonderful opportunity to double, triple, quadruple their money in the next 6 months should not be investing...period!

Rufus has been saying for quite some time..."If you don't want to hold this stock for the long term, I don't want you as a shareholder". He also warned us a couple of days ago… "Don’t get caught with your pants down". He has been giving little clues here and there for months now.

Those of us who have done our DD and have been in the trenches together...fighting side by side through all of the bashing, slamming, and MM manipulation that has been going on since day one (it seems) do indeed deserve everything we have coming to us. We have fought through many sleepless nights because of lies or rumors, manufactured and / or doctored documents, and late night interviews with Rufus and company.

We did not bail out at the first sign of danger or negative news like most people did (well, some of us flipped [Wink] ). We just went to work on this board to search for the truth and get some questions answered for our members. As a result, we were able to see the forest through the trees.

Yes, there were probably some people who were away from their computers and did not witness the utter panic and stupidity that occurred yesterday afternoon. But those of us who were here, on this board, were aware of what was going down and held strong because we know the real value of this company...present and future.

I'm sorry if you missed out on the present, but you still have the future...and it looks like there is still plenty of money to be made. I think my Allstocks brethran would agree.

I hope that nobody thinks that I am being malicious in bringing up this issue, because I am not, I just want clarification. I don't think that there has been given a definative answer to my question about if those who are stockholders of record as of 10/16 can increase their number of shares between 10/16 and 10/30 and have them qualify to receive the '6 for 1' share increase.

I think that the 10 day rule is to prevent what is seemingly happening, that is, to lock out investors on a same-day basis. My contention is that maybe this is why the release of the first 10-K (with error) and then the 10-KA (with corrected wording) were issued. I am pretty sure that 10 day advance notice is required so that positions can be adjusted to investors' preferences. I think that the wording indicates that the '6 for 1' share increase will be per "the issuance date of the Reset shares is October 30" (10-KA)

This would prevent lawsuits and allow those who are 'in' to adjust to investors' preferences. It would be nice to know the legalities associated here.

10-K: The Corporation hereby chooses option (c) to reset the Share value to an equivalent of $15.00 by issuing additional shares to each shareholder of record as of the close of business on October 30, 2006 10 business days from the filing of this form 10-KSB. The ratio of share issuance will use the following formula ($15.00 divided by the Actual Closing Price on October 30, 2006 (x) minus Actual Closing Price on October 30, 2006) (15 / X - X).

10-KA: The Corporation hereby chooses option (c) to reset the Share value to an equivalent of $15.00 by issuing additional shares to each shareholder of record as of the close of business on October 16, 2006, the issuance date of the Reset shares is October 30, 2006 10 business days from the filing of this form 10-KSB.

well mo. I read the 10k to say whatever shares you had on the 16th will be the ones calculated for the stock issue. What ever you buy after that is just what you bought one share. That's how I read it

Mo, I know where you're coming from on that when they say shareholders of record as of 10/16 which defines an individual not the shares attached, but in this case I think they mean the shareholder and the exact number of shares they owned as of the close of biz on 10/16. Any shares sold yesterday before the end of the day or any shares bought after yesterday should not get the extra shares, and the 30th is strictly a pay date and nothing more. [Big Grin]

Hey mo, did you listen to Rufus last night. I know you have been in this for awhile. Rufus said if you were not in the stock as of the 16th, than you will NOT get the 6:1 shares. He did say you can sell them if you want and still get the shares. If you think about that for a moment it would be the brightest thing to do. By selling you are hurting the price of your own stock, "not to smart". Rufus also made it very clear there is MUCH more in the works, that will soon come to light. If you had shares yesterday, times that number by 6. You WILL get that amount of shares no matte what! Hope this helps. GLTY

actually, that is kind of offensive.

Note that I wished you all luck and hope for the best for you all. Allstocks has traditionally been a board for stock discussion. I was just discussing my thoughts. I knew I shouldn't have posted that, I figured I would get some backlash. I just feel for your "brethren" that sold yesterday (such as Jo) and now everyone is mocking them.

again, good luck to everyone. I respect most of the folks on this board and hope this all pans out the way you want it to.

So from all of this, we are up $1.70 for the day??? (1.80/6 = .30)

This seems like a hard thing to calculate. I'm new to this (well, it sounds like we're all new to THIS), but I was wondering about what the pps is going to do based off of this 6:1 deal.

At first, I thought the price would be divided by 6 on the 30th, but it sounds like the shares were based off of yesterday only, thus the price would adjust based off of yesterday's close.

If this has yet to adjust based off of the 6:1, then we need to be trading at $10.80 before the adjustment. That would put us back to $1.80 (where we'd all actually have $15 per old share). If we fall below $1.80 then we'll all be under $15 per old share.

I don't think there will be a sudden adjustment, but I figure the pps will adjust at some point. Then again, I guess you can't base the pps just off of the 6:1, you need to factor in the new BV as well. Now, if you could only get some people to factor in that BV!

I said my feelings for Jo this morning. I understand why she sold and I wish she didn't. Jo has always been light hearted and pleasant to have on this board. I truly hope for the best for you Jo and non of my comments are directed towards you. You are the very reason I'm upset at the bashers. They scared you out of your money and it is WRONG. GLTY

Mo the one other thing that ws brought up last night by Simon before rufus was on was that he thought a company had to give investors 10 days notice for a divi.

Now I am not sure of the laws in this case considering that technically it is not a dividend.

Its a rufudend!!!

I hope the best for you as you know.

A call to Sabra might be a good idea for you too.

right from the horses mouth so to speak

I have a huge headache. In simple terms this is my understanding.

I bought and own 2,000 shares at .34 each.

On Oct 30th I will own 2,000 shares at $15 each unless the price is lower, at which time I will own more shares at a lower pps however the value will be the same. (2,000sh x $15pps = $30,000 or 3,000sh x $10pps = $30,000)

Please let me know if my thinking is correct.

actually, that is kind of offensive.

[/QB]

I am going to jump in only because I have worked with you, St. Matt, here, and have worked with Skip elsewhere on the board....both of you are super guys with great intentions.

Skip, I don't believe the people who sold yesterday are being mocked, though I do feel very sorry for them. To me, this was a classic case of rewarding longs vs. flippers, and any one of us could have gotten caught with our pants down. I do agree that there are amazing opportunities coming even without getting the extra shares, though I think St. Matt's choice of words was more from excitement than intending to cause offense.

Hope my comments don't cross either of you the wrong way...I want to see everyone make loads of dough, or at least be happy with the choices they make.
