Just a thought...IF the SEC does not consider the 10K as filed? Does this mean that the info about the 1;6 shares and the date of the 16th will all need to be changed? Will the 10 day notice to the SEC have been met? Anyone have a thought on that? Nothing else in this play had been "normal" gotta wonder if that won't also have to change...

10- Simon just said that he will have a SEC lawyer on Mon. - He is reviewing the 10K & will be taking questions from Simon & listeners - that would be a good question for him.

Understood. All of our clients that attempt to file documents and end up having to spend additional time working with a seemingly incompetent agency at any level feel that they were in the right and thusly have justification to be upset, even to the point of irate. Sabra can feel that CSHD was in the right and, at the same time, the SEC can feel that they were simply enforcing their rules. The two are not mutually exclusive. All that matters is that the situation was resolved.
We should not be naive enough to believe that even the almighty Rufus and Co. can overcome the inherent difficulties of dealing with large (quasi) governmental agencies.
... In My humble Opinion

I just finished talking with Ben again and I believe you can expect that he will come on the board and give you and update here himself within the next half hour or so. So if you have any questions please have them ready but use only one spokesperson if you can to make it easier.
