Not if my name is on the list twice and I kept a few shares to stay on record.
I may then pick up less or that amount in which I held the 16th depending on how I feel in a few weeks.

it is that valid?????

Hey Repo. One thing that nobody here has been able to explain is that Rufus stated that Due Bills are attatched and that if you sell your shares you are selling them with the 1+6. On the flip side he also states that if you buy shares now you do not get the "divy". It does not add up - YOU CANNOT HAVE IT BOTH WAYS. Your an expert Repo - how do the "due bills attatch" just vanish in the transaction?
Just in case no one has answered this I will. Rufus never said that Due Bills were attached. In fact it was my instant message to SubPenny that brought up the subject of DUE BILLS. Rufus wasn't familiar with Due Bills and immediately did DD while on the show. He said he wasn't sure but would look into. Later he stated that the Due Bills apply to dividends and that it is for book keeping for the Broker. Best thing to do was to check with your broker. He didn't feel that it applied since this was not a dividend or forward split.

Got this from Scottrade today:

Dear Client:

Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, we cannot comment on your
eligibility for this dividend on CSHD at this time. We have not received
any official information from DTC or Bloomberg regarding an official
ex-date for this special dividend. We can confirm that your shares of
CSHD are held in street name with Scottrade. The only way you can hold
these shares in your name is have certificates issued or to have the
shares transferred directly to the transfer agent.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

lol, well, I did too but have many times before. I've lost out on 100's of thousands by selling a tad bit too early...... I have made thousands playing the game and have reserved all the capital I began with. Everything I have is "free" in my brokerage accounts.

My share count in total was only 1000 unlike many of ya'll.

However, I'll take my chances.

Profit is profit!!!

Okay....CVSU website back up....looks like a new list titled

NOBO Non-Objecting Beneficial Owner List
OCTOBER 3, 2006 End of Day

has been included at the bottom of the DTCC vs NOBO. I haven't looked for a couple of days here, but I think it's new info...Anyone else seeing this?

Of interest...I would guess...

I'm at work and can't read every word on every page, just trying to skim - so excuse me if this has been discussed.

I know the PPS really dones't matter right now cause Rufas has a string of PR's to come for us. But I am curious. Why do we think the PPS is not up from our 10k and is down - If none of us are selling (to we get our x's 6 shares) it should be way up. Just looking for opinions.

Some are selling, hoping that they will still get their 6:1 come oct 30th reguardless... and buy back in before then for their original share count.

Not worth the risk to me, ill stay in.

PPS matters now... and it will definetly climb before the 2 weeks is up.

The shorter's have had their "xxxxx" squeezed and I do not expect them to take it quietly. I expect they will be very agressive and continue to shake for inexpensive shares... please recall RPH said (to the effect) If you do not feed the beast it will go away. (sorry for the paraphrase but I did not want to take time right now to go back pages to get the exact quote.)

Anyone else like the fact that the PPS is holding well, particularly considering that people buying today do not get the freebie shares?

So when people start flooding the market with those extra shares come the 30th or the 1st, what happens to the pps?

Does that make people not want to buy CSHD until the 1st cause then it'd be cheaper or settled?

St Matt - just some adice from a mommy - there are theeting pills at WalMart. I don't remember the name. They are in a pink package & they usually have them hanging in the baby aisle instead if on the shelf. They work awesome!!!! Give baby thoses pills- they dissolve under the tongue, and some ambesol. Do that right before baby goes to bed. About an hour before she goes to bed you can also give Tylenol too- just one dropper full that's it. Baby will sleep good because your taking care of the pain topically & systemically.

MoneyX3, I think we are somewhat speculating the move to NASDAQ will be before the extra shares hit the market...price would already be higher due to covering and squeeze, then the institutions would pick up buying to avoid the diluted PPS.

why do you assume everyone's going to flood the market? we don't know everything that's in store for this stock yet. I can tell you if rufus has everything he's talked about combined with a move to naz. I won't really be selling anything.

but.. ya--that's what I was saying about short-pressure. Without due bills, where's (added) pressure to cover?

I think it's odd Roofie knows all these ins n outs, but is unfamiliar with due bills...

moneyx3...did you see this? The PPS as of November 1st? I am thinking MUCH higher than today...

seems like a win at this point... [Big Grin] [Wink]
AND if you buy as of today at the PPS now and this does move up to the true value...then you are ahead even greater...more win [Eek!] [Big Grin]
