St Matt - just some adice from a mommy - there are theeting pills at WalMart. I don't remember the name. They are in a pink package & they usually have them hanging in the baby aisle instead if on the shelf. They work awesome!!!! Give baby thoses pills- they dissolve under the tongue, and some ambesol. Do that right before baby goes to bed. About an hour before she goes to bed you can also give Tylenol too- just one dropper full that's it. Baby will sleep good because your taking care of the pain topically & systemically.
Yep the teething tablets work wonders! They are homeopathic too....

I think the PPS will go up! Why, because we will have news to make people want to continue to buy! NASDAQ! I wonder when people will finally believe Rufus? By then you'll lose out on even more money! JMO

Can no one get through to CSHD? Ya'll have been calling for days now...just keep calling and ask them point blank what it is you want to know. Be reasonable...something like, "If I were to sell right now do I lose my six extra shares?", and "If so, where do the six extra shares go?"
Simple enough...someone make some calls and ask those questions...

Definitely a possibility. How would the MM's get my free shares when I held them on the 16th? If anything bought today is nonvalid then what I sold today is not eligible for the free shares. So if I just buy my "regular" shares back to fill and match the List's numbers why am I not eligible?

this make me believe that no one have interest in buying SHARES today to hold ,cause people than is buying today wont have those extra shares ( at what price PPS WOULD BE THE 30th anyway ) Only longs should be buying right now IMHO they are not buying.

How much do you trust your broker with so much at stake? I don't! If you want to flip CSHD you might want to get a seperate account with no long shares in it. Flip at own risk.

Anyone know how this would work, or not work?
I did not have time to set up my brokerage account so I gave some $ to a friend who was also getting some CSHD. So all the shares are in his name. We were going to transfer my share of the shares into my account tomorrow, but I do not want to miss out on the 7X shares. Should I just leave them be and then transfer them after the Oct 30th? Or if I do transfer now, will the extra shares follow into my new account? THANKS

I think Mo is onto something...namely the 10-day rule could well be a problem, as I read the regs.

My understanding is that since it was filed as part of the 8K and 8KA, the reset, that was the notification. It was well publicized. Now the 10 days are the notification that the company was required to do for NASD. NASD could come back with something, I know they have in the past so that is why I will hold. Until I'm sure I will get the distribution I won't sell anything. I also don't want to give the brokers any chance to screw around. don't want to be in the situation of fighting it out instead of being able to decide when I want to take profits. You know let the dust settle.
