i would also like to see the opinion letter issued by the cpa firm that audited these financials.
Sure page 91 of the 10KSB has his authorization, and his complete notes are filed in the 8K filed on or about Sept. 29th
Enjoy the reading... the notes are INCREDIBLE and very detailed!!!
Matter of fact I encourage everyone to read the notes from Benson.
My God Tax, Cass, Chart, Ryan, 10 (and the rest)...who let all of these people in here who can't read? They are just mad because they were not holding on the 16th. They are probably day traders who sold on the news yesterday. I mean...where have they been through all of this? Not fighting in the trenches with us...that's for sure.
Rufus told everyone a few days ago..."Don't get caught with your pants down!!". Seems to me we have a lot of naked people in this thread all of a sudden.
Mods...please help keep this place clean over the next few weeks...I smell a rat (and it's not our Rat )
BTW...do you guys realize that the 40 cent drop yesterday (after the 10-K) earned each of us an extra 2 shares for each share we currently hold...thanks go out to the naysayers

This is so unbelieveable. What fool is going to sell their shares this morning for $1.97. In order for them to do this, they would have had to been on Mars for the last 24 hrs. But some are doing that exact thing. Incredible.

Great post St. Matthew, I bet people didn't realize that not selling into news would be the best decision they ever made. Thanks to all who sold yesterday and the time is coming that we WILL be listed on a higher exchange and all these shorts will be FORCED to cover. There is still so much more to come. I'm truly LONGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG! GLTY

St. Matt...What a great feeling .....Rufus came through for all of us. You've worked hard on this stock and deserve to reap the harvest now. It's a great day. I can't believe that some are selling at this price and losing the 6 extra for 1 payout. This has to be manipulation by MM's like NITE. No one can be this dumb.

Can anyone answer this to me?
mo look at the pr released last night not the 10k. Your question is answered in there.
That is a PR, the 10-k is what's official.
10-KA to be filed to clear it up... likely today.
10ka out this morning Dog
My question still stands, Can someone show me in the 10-KA where the number of shares per shareholder is mentioned? All I see is the names of the shareholders of record as of Oct. 16th
The reason it's not in the filings is because it was based on the trading of oct 16th. That means the 10k was done way before, they released it and watched how the market reacted, and then calculated how many shares you got depending on what it closed at. So there is no way it could have been added because it wasn't known before the release of the 10k.
hope that clears it up.

We really shouldnt be surprised. Everyone that has showed even the smallest bit of manipulation will continue to do so until the 30th. They still feel unthreatened IMO and seem to be unshaken by the filing. Id like to see Nasdaq a couple of days BEFORE the 30th so they have no time to react. CSHD wont be nice to them anymore IMO and if i were an officer in the company i would feel the same way. He offered a deal to get the shorts covered. He even said in an interview "force me to take option A" to point out that they could have prevented this "share reset". The ball is rolling now, they either take him seriously now or deal with a mess on the 30th.
But, my point is...they wont take him seriously, its quite obvious

Good post Matt. I don't expect them to hang around to long. I've been holding since mid june. I think alot of penny people can't fathom the scope of this thing. I for one would put myself in that group. I'm starting to get it though and thankfully not to late

Thanks loads for the re-cap 10...now I can get some work done...very nice work on your part Chart, Jenna, and Wally. I like the part at the end ($100 pps). I gotta ask...why on earth would anyone be selling...seriously? Craziness...and these people are allowed to vote?!? Maybe they are from (Miami) Dade county...

Rufus on SPR last night:
Q: Do you believe it can go to $100?
A: Yes
Q: When?
A: in a few weeks!!
It's up to the shareholder...starve the beast....if you don't flip it hold it, name your price...if you starve the beast..he will go away.......if no one sold for 2 weeks there's no telling where the PPS can go!!!!

This thing is so pressure sensitive right now...I bet if someone put in a 100k share order the price would go up a dollar...

well if this thing goes to $100 after we get our reset shares. I'm not sure work figures into my life anymore. Tons of time with the kids while their young would be my job if this goes all the way.

Listen carefully shareholders. Now you know why I said to hold tight. Now I will say it again. Hold tight because this will squeeze the shorts because they will have to deliver all FTD's so that the share dividends can be put into your accounts. Now they have no choice if everyone holds tight you could see the biggest squeeze in history. No flipping, no daytrading right now. You have no idea this is just only the beginning of things you have no idea about yet.
The cobra has struck with a furious vengeance. The shorts will never get out of this.
You are either with or without today. You who have stood strong, yours is the victory cup to drink of.
Those who stand before me will live. Those who stand with their backs to me will surely perish.

I just got back . Thanks Jenna for clarifying the reset. The reset equals the additional shares.

Ryan, what a great job that would be...wish I could do it, but I would go nuts not working (or volunteering). My wife will probably stay home with the little one until she goes to school.
That will work out just fine since I WILL NOT HAVE A HOUSE PAYMENT

"It's still $15 / share if you can't do the math I can't help you, it's so simple it's stupid!"
If it was so simple, why all the discussion and selloff at first, then anger, then pats on the back? Seemed like a lot of confused folks out there.
I hope this goes through for you all and you guys make tons of money.
The only thing that leaves a bad taste in my mouth is that it seems they care not for future shareholders. Why would I buy now? How do those folks feel that sold yesterday when it was tanking? You can all pat yourself on the back now for being away from your computers when it tanked, or just holding. But the folks that sold are "screwed". Normally, folks might buy back in, but why would they now? Just seems like the company is so concerned with the shareholders of 10/16, that no one else matters. And I have to say, that a PPS of $15 or $100 will have to be sustained by new buyers. Also, who is running the company while these guys are in chat rooms and on internet radio?
good luck guys, just wanted to give my 2 cents. It's been a long road for you, I hope it pays off (remember, I was in this under .10 when it was FHAL, doh!)

I just have to laugh. Okay, first off Rufus didn't want flippers who just wanted to get out at reset, what better idea than to do what he did yesterday. Now you ask who would buy? The company BV is $11 with the current assets, he says he has 15billion contracted so by 10Q time we may see a higher BV than $11 and we may be on nasdaq. If you could get in at $2 knowing what it is valued at, why wouldnt you. Theres your incentive.

Skip....I am sure that Rufus and his board members worked yesterday during the day. He worked last night on SPR educating many of us regarding the 10K. Isn't that enough ?
