Tax...keep in mind that Rufus said that it would be something like that...maybe not exactly...(don't remember the wording) In any case...this was several 8K's in one IMO...the only thing that we don't have is a PR about that "new site" that was in the filing...but once that comes out this would equate to 3 8k's and 3 pr's...don't you think?

At Scottrade they woun't let us GTC too high above the ask... I'm afraid if I went to the allowable amount of say $5.00 (I forgot what it real is) that "they" might grab it!!!
Exactly... highest ST will let GTC order is for $3.50 .
When it hits... they'll take it... maybe even beforehand... be careful.
I stopped my GTC orders yesterday due to this concern.

I've also had mine on TDA at a GTC...for $100 though. Haven't had it kicked out at all. I'm still not sure this has any effect on the certs or shorts though.

No I don't think so. But you can if you wish. One PR mentioning three happenings, and one 8K mentioning three happenings. Does equal 3 8Ks and 3 PRs... but it does not equal the bang for the buck that Rufas needs going into this price reset. He needs multiple PRs before and after to support the price and nothing in todays news or filing was that earth shattering. More along the lines of clean-up.
I am not living and dieing by my graphic and the check boxes. Rufas put the plan out there, I am just having fun checking them off as we go. Are we done? I hope not. Rufas has about 71 hours before the deadline. I hope he stretches out his news and annoucements rather than combining them.
I think we have at least 2 more 8Ks and 3 more PR's coming in the next 71 hours. That kind of activity would give this the attention that it needs and if a few of those are juicy, the sharks are gonna be salivating for a big juicy 10-K that will stir up a feeding frenzy that is gonna make this stock float at $25 or more.
I would almost bet on Rufas keeping to the plan, which is why I am having so much fun with it.
