Cover page has date of August 18, 2006, yet text says September 8, 2006... Would expect some type of correction....someone must be in a hurry to not have caught such a descrepancy........for the moment, today's news is good and I'll still waiting to see the 10-K.........GLTA
Yea, they left the August 18 date at the top but this is obviously new. I caught wind of it through Etrade and thought it was an error, which i posted earlier. I like that the exact wording about the merger completion date of Sept 13 is in the 8K and not just on the PR. However, as we know, these things can get extensions and such. For now im going to believe that at 4pm next wednesday we are all going to be very happy. I'll drink to that!

Yea, i thought that too. I really wish he would post just ONCE over here so he could feel like he could "speak" on a higher level. I emailed him once and clued him into our group here but either it didnt work or he is just trolling. But, then again, i go back to my original thought that maybe he should just let things be. I think his heart is in the right place but i dont know if there is any value added.

Bah, now O ur Stre et is complaining about CSHDs auditor "quitting"...maybe someone already mentioned this? Anyway, Rufus said in an interview LONG ago that his new CPA was to be a guy up in Michigan. I cant remember which interview but since i live in Michigan i definately remember it. Anyone else remember that? It appears maybe Miles is trying to imply the auditor quit over the bond fiasco? Im not sure

I am not sure its a big deal, I am just trying to figure out what is real and what isn't.
1. We have a press release from a company that says the bonds were removed saying the company was trying to resolve the situation.
2. This seems to be acknowledged as true but the company was working to resolve the situation.
Why not file a press release saying it is resolved or was never true?
CSHD could do this.
.
No offense... but we have covered this ad nauseum. Could you please go thru the previous postings. Your first assumption has no weight. That was completely non-verifiable, scientifically refuted, meta-tag analyzed, garbage. Please read the thread. We are a bit tired.

You are correct..they could...BUT? are there "legal" issues? I have no idea IF there could be some type of "legal" reasons why not to respond...
I am more "concerned" with the way that the email was "leaked" to ourstreet and the response that the supposed new domain sent to ourstreet after ourstreet asked for verification...it was said to "not publish" the "C/D" order because CSHD was "correcting their error"...and then? Ourstreet "pays" to have it "released"? Sorry...but it is more fishy...than anything...
This has been "settled" in my mind...Keep looking..maybe you can find what you need to have it be settled in yours...GL! and have a good weekend...

Can you provide a link from the company or official source saying it has been resolved or was never true?
I looked through several pages and haven't found anything official, I have found some unofficial explanations but nothing official.

Sorry Johnny...If you had paid any attention to your investment and done any DD prior you would not have gotten worked up on yet another Our-Street lie.

It would have to be addressed in a new 8k if the bond was not in play as it is previously accounted for in a previous 8k bound with an "irrevocable trust". That is stronger to me than a doctored pdf seen in Photoshop, and a $400 paid for PR that basically says "I got this from a third party, this is what it said, I have not revealed the source or verified its validity, and I cannot be held accountable for disseminating this info."
For $400 dollars I could put out a PR(with taht particular service) that says I played cards with a Yeti on a camping trip to Yellowstone. Almost tempted to try it.

-Why are you afraid to now accept your own challenge to debate OutStreet? Do you admit defeat before the battle? tsk tsk tsk
-Did you recieve a C&D letter from HSWF?
-What's the deal with Mensah, is AISS still your flagship JV? Does he really not know what he is talking about?
-Did you not state already that the Merger was done/complete? if so, can you explain what is going on here really? what's this merger completion date all about?
-Has the SEC been peforming an informal inquiry or investigation of CSHD?

You are as stupid as he is, I am not going to agree to the term that I will not serve him papers. HEHEHEHE
You can not C&D a filed security action, another DA question.
Mensah, why don’t you ask him?
Merger was complete and voted for by the majority, just had to get all of the paperwork done.
I hope so, I will take it to the max with that one, I would bet they are looking at almost every trade. Heck we are, HEHEHEHE
