I don't think it is Rufas posting on Ihub... If you look on cvsu.us which is the official website, they give his cell as his contact... Glass, what i find really unusual, is that i am the only FURIA/FHAL/CVSU/CSHD shareholder that ever got sent an email from my broker that told me that i was getting $7.21 for each share, and that it was mandartory!

I just re listened to the Paltalk interview from August 10th. rufas does mention a change in auditor and that it would be in a SEC filing. At the time he thought it was going to be part of the 10K... which it probably still will be included. He did not mention the name, and I think it was another interview he mentioned the Auditor was in Michigan.

The offical line was that it was sent to them from the company. TD Then queried it with the company and they retracted it. My take on it was that it was going to be the original reset price, but other thing since fell in to place to go with the $15 p/s. Thats why i have held since july and will to the bitter end.

I am wondering if both bonds are from the same group. A cease and desist from one wouldn't negate the other. Maybe not 54$ pps just 39$ pps type thing.
I am confused.
If you believe the guy claiming to be Rufus he is saying the deal was signed and submitted to the sec and the Cease and Desist is not valid without first going to court. If it is valid on the day of the merger it will open at 54$ then they probably go to court and it falls to 0.

Really i've been following allstocks since 2002 and this is the best board I have come across, honest finally you folks i've been peeking in on after i bought fhal and decided id join in once in awhile and it's been enjoyable to say the least.... glta

I think we should form an all stocks group, hire a lawyer on retainer who can give us legal advice. Say 100 people chip in 100 dollars to pay a lawyer when we have questions.
This could open wednesday at 54$ so they can dilute before it hits court. If you get out as I did you lose big time, or if it falls through you lose if you are in it.
Truth is they are making you gamble without any real answers.
My personal opinion is the bonds are valid til a company retraction takes place in an official document, but I have no legal advisor to confirm that. Is a Cease and desist legally binding without first going to court. Probably protects the bond issuer without negating the immediate impact.

Yes, I got the news over the phone from my wife and wasn't in a position to follow it all day, I bought at 1.00 and it had fallen to .82 and I had no way of knowing how far it would fall. I took the safe road and sold.
The same company also warned people about CMKX was my recollection.
It wasn't a ton of money but its the principle.

Please understand.... a cease and decist order is a court-approved order. It is drafted by lawyers for a client. The lawyers then have a show cause hearing with a judge. The judge hears their argument and would have to approve the order. (a.k.a. "going to court"). That legal document is filed with the court, then a judge approved order is issued and served via legal means.... certified mail or directly from attorney (court officer).
I have had cease and decist orders served to me in the past, and this was the process explained to me by my attorney. I'm calling him right now for confirmation.
So in a way... Rufus is correct. A cease and decist order cannot be issued without going to court. I also doubt the short time frame would have allowed for the process to really be completed if initiated the next day after the last 8k announced the "irrevocable trust".
