I am loving it... the info flood gates are open and this is the French Quarter! Ok... really... really bad humor and taste... Appologies Rat and others in the flood affected areas. But we are learning alot today. Sympathies to all.
As far as I know, they have never been successfully prosecuted in a civil or criminal case. So, I tend to take what they say as good until they are proven wrong. Any thoughts?
any thoughts?
yep....
you are here to cause trouble... ACTC was naked shorted to he77 while you were pumping it LOL
Not sure of "pumping it" as you claim. I'll have to go back and see what you are referring to. Can you direct me to the posts?

mm's BMIC and SBSH have been filling their pockets with investor cash. These guys remain on the inside offer as transaction after transaction are printed at the best ask. This NEVER happens at the bid with these mm's. As a matter a fact one mostly sees ETRD, NITE oe UBSS (us retailers) on the inside bid while transaction are printed at the bid.
If BMIC and SBSH were not hording all the buy volume the pps would have been mush higher. Isn't anyone upset or disturbed about this. I am!

I was thinking over lunch that they really could be protecting customers buy oders if they believe there may be a reset. Imagine putting a GTC market order in thinking the price was a buck and it filled for $25 or $54 a piece.
Etrade will not let me market purchase pennies but I do not know about TDA.
I know people were having trouble with filling buy orders a GTC could potentially take a good deal of time.
Anyway not proof or reason... just a thought. Personally I do not see it as being a reason to totally halt buys.

i agree about Rufus posting on BB's anywhere...
i don't like it...
it does make me wonder..

you are absolutely correct... buy and sell orders are triggered by going past the price...
HOWEVER?
they could address that issue differently, saying no buys at all doesn't fix the problem IMO....

Same goes for TDA TaxBack. They just won't let anyone buy CSHD period, and they have also said that they do not short any penny stocks under $5.

they don't let you short them...
who shorted ACTC?
that's the TRUTH thats so "inconvenient" that i've been trying to show you...
there's a major discrepancy between reported legal shorts and NS's
the legal ones are reported at OTB.com....
and? there are legal reported shorts of stock under 5$... lots of them... it is legal to do it..

here is an interesting conspiracy I just concocted in me noggin...
what if the poster on ihub is really OurStreet pretending to be Rufus to make himself or Dimension seem a little more important than they really are...
although the BBQ Affair really kinda hurts that conspiracy...it's fun making things up, lol...

Ameritrade said that they are unable to short any OTC's or OTCBB's.
once again? they won't let YOU do it, that doesn't mean THEY aren't doing it...
get it now?
Scotty gets nervous anytime they see heavy volume in any thinly traded stock now because of a new rule....

That's funny...I noticed the same thing towards the eod Glass...for some reason it stood out to me as "unusual"

I just called as well but instead of only leaving my number (which i did as well) i also left a rather lengthy message nearly begging him to stop posting in IHUB. I explained that its his business to run and im not trying to tell him how to run the business but several shareholders were very uneasy about him allowing some posters over at IHUB to call him out like this. I also said that if it were up to me id rather not see any posts from him on a bulletin board but IF he feels the need to do so to stop by our small community here and post something that we wont bash to pieces. I hope that AT LEAST he listens to the message and reads through some of our posts here and realizes some of our concerns. I intend to now follow up my call with an email to make sure he knows where im coming from since there are various threads on this stock. I wouldnt want to make the guy read 400 posts to find us LOL.
Anyway, as i said, i hope he listens to it and understands our concerns. If not, at least i feel better trying.
Ok, im gonna send off a quick email to him and head home. I'll check in frim time to time but everyone have a great weekend!
