As far as I know, they have never been successfully prosecuted in a civil or criminal case. So, I tend to take what they say as good until they are proven wrong. Any thoughts?

this is nothing new...IMO...The PPS had a month to drop after that "crap was posted"...it hasn't...no more has been said or done from them or about them...

Well, this isnt quite the EOD run i was expecting but then again people are a bit "gun shy" around this stock these days. Also, if some brokers are really not allowing people to buy (which doesnt show in the volume really) then maybe it should be doing better than it is.
Our buddy Timothy Miles is going to be verrrrrry busy this weekend manufacturing documents and stories. Personally im going to enjoy myself this weekend so i wish him a miserable time.
