I just dropped by over at Iscrub. I think a bunch of people are expecting the 10k after hours or pre hours tomorrow. The bashers are definately playing on this already. They know nothing was said about the 10k in that time frame. Be prepared to have a barrage of crap from them if it doesn't come tonight.
Wasn't surprised that there was no news... I will be surprised if after today we don't get a "statement" PR about the merger and possibly some info in the filings...

Can anyone confirm this against the 8k. I'll look also. It was a post on ihub
Read the 8K, the time line is in section 2.6. It says within two days of the closing date. That would be Friday at the leatest for the reset, but it doesn't mention the 10K. One would assume that the 10K would be the justification for the rest. We all have to hold on until maybe Monday. But I think it will hit friday after the close to allow a cooling off periord.

Whoaaaa 32,000 shares this is flying! Not. I have some things to share this morning. I have one minor thought in my head and an email from TDA.
The thought was this. If today is the official Merger Completion Date, then everyday that this stock sits at one dollar is another day that Rufas's 9 million restricted shares of CVSU that were valued at $34 each will instantly be valued at one dollar. How long do you think he is going to let that happen? Personally, I think the 10K, and PR barrage will start sooner than later.
The email from TDA I will post next. I wrote customer service and told them that I was looking for a new broker but would not choose them because I couldn't "buy" shares of my favorite stock CSHD. I wasn't expecting a response but they sent me one anyway.

the 2 days is preceding the merger not post.
