... walked 2 miles with my dog, Buster, swam 12 lengths of the pool ... all before sunrise ... my computer hiccupped and had to do a recovery and then catch up with you all!
I suspected things might get started a little slow today, but, I think as TDA digests the message we may start to see some pps progress ... it would only be about time!
I feel like TDA and others have stolen alot from us and now it's time to pay us back 10 fold!

I may give some shares up at 80, but not many ... will give up more at 100 and will carry the some until 200 .... sound a little to optimistic? ... I remember all the talk awhile ago about being able to hold 15!

Agreed! Remember...IF the reset happenned now at $50.00 the shorts (possibly 60,000,000 share) would be clammering to cover at 50.00, 60.00, 75.00 driving the price higher and higher until they covered. I thought I saw the price of $41.00 but also say 2 times book ($82.00)??? Ok, $82.00, 90.00, 100.00 PPS...Think about it. Surely Rufus wouldn't have called TDA out in writing if he didn't have legal advice and/or proof about backing it up. TDA could hang him out to dry in a matter of different ways if he didn't....there's just no logic in it. And likely why TDA isn't responding too quickly, although it does take time to come up with an appropriate sidestepping response.

Not sure that it would be in Ameritrade's best intrest to respond...
There are still PLENTY of their clients that haven't heard this news...who pays attention to a penny stock? they respond and not only do their clients get in an uproar and leave, but then their stock falls AND people will start buying CSHD...and then AMTD WON'T be able to cover...
If they do it won't be until close on Friday...IMO As with everything...time will tell...

************************************************ I wanted to bring a possible story to your attention.
A lot of press lately has been surrounding the legal practice of shorting and the illegal practice of naked short selling of small cap (small business) stocks on the Over the Counter Trading Board (OTCBB).
Last night CEO of CSHD Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp. made a very bold and public statement regarding the short selling of their company stock by one of the largest Online Borkerage Firms TDAmeritrade. I have checked and all his allegations are true about the brokerage firm restricting shareholders from buying stock in CSHD in particular. They call it a TDAmeritrade business decision, and that they are protecting their customers. When in reality they could be trying to cover their own large short position of CSHD at the expense of their customers.
Interestingly enough no major new outlets have picked up on this story, and if TDAmeritrade is infact short in this company by 60 million shares it will bankrupt this large brokerage firm and strand all of their customers.
