i was thinking something like that but didn't want to sound TOO much like i was trying to discredit it...
although with a PR that contains misleading/false info...i suppose whomever is actually doing all this would do something like that as well...

I seriously needed to step away for the long weekend...it was time!! Annnnyway, i have been "sort of" following the latest propoganda and my head is spinning. Nice work cutting the email apart and looking for facts. Im a little concerned about the email BB just posted. Either things are getting sour or someone just made another very serious fraudulent email!! Someone is working major overtime here.
One thing that seriously concerns me.....if all of this is false then Rufus and company is making a HUGE mistake by not attacking this publically. HUGE!

I also recieved the email... However this email states "Please be advised that the Foundation has disengaged with Conversion Solutions as of August 31, 2006" Why is it that on September 1st they sent an email to ourstreet stating that CSHD is attempting to correct their Error? I believe that these emails were sent out because the "paid" pr didn't allow for the PPS to drop as "they" had hoped... and now "we" are posting the darn emails on the internet...so here we go for another drop in PPS...

who are these emails/false PR's supposed to be speaking to? on every stock forum that follows "penny stocks" the readers are aware of the majority of the things we are...
so my question is who are these tactics supposed to scare? i mean anyone with any real money in this knows what we know...
unless the post before mine is the case...

Actually if Rufus attacked this in a PR it would only raise questions and alert those that haven't followed it to the allegations.
I know there was skeptism regarding the email address to begin with. Some how things just don't add up. With the amount of money involved here WHY wouldn't the foundation get a Lawyer involved? I'm not ready to buy this or completely discount it either.

If I am going to put out a FAKE pr with a FAKE email address on it. Then I am going to plan on replying to all the messages in that FAKE email addresses inbox, to help make my FAKE email look legit. I think it is funny how the email references Mr. Miles, like HSWF or the people at HSWF would even know or care who he is enought to reference him directly rather than Our-Street.
This is just someone begging to get caught. I have seen hackers display this type of "dare" mentality before. It is very self destructive. This guy is on his way to jail.

LOL...it is just a "form response" to the emails...another thing...Isn't illegal to "discuss" or give information about anyone's financials? Even if it is a traded CO.? This is a FARSE!

If Rufus was to put out a PR saying everything was just fine, everybody would just accuse him of lying. If I was him, I'd just sit back and keep doing business as normal. When the time is right, he'll get his revenge. JMO

Who puts that in a business letter? Why would this "company" take any time what so ever to respond to anyone? If they did respond...they would have just said that "we are not in the position to discuss this"...blah blahblah...

I don't think so Chart... this stock has already shown it's strength. This is a petty attempt to manipulate the share price and scare people out of their shares.
A 10K could easily dispell this nonsense, and IMO is the only crap I am going to listen too. Since the shorts have taken to imitating credible sources.
I ask you this. We have not heard word one to date from HSWF. Nothing we have found has a single comment from them. Now all of a sudden they are becomming extremely vocal in stolen "confidential" letters on false letter head, and personal emails to concerned share holders? I am not buying it! But I am buying CSHD... and holding through this crap mind you.

That's a very good point. Why would Canady reference a case that isn't resolved yet and doesn't put them in the best light.
Like I said something really smells here. If it is the Foundation, then I have to wonder if they are shorting. I would think that the response would have been that they were not at liberty to discuss an ongoing legal problem.
