Glass...have you found anything substantial? If you have would you direct me as where to look? I have tried... I will be honest...not since the Salki (spelling) thing...I have not run across any new names...and always came to dead ends with all the other names... Have you? direction?

am sure you agree...perhaps in different wording. For instance, the GVRP thing apparently died in a back room, and somehow the "magical" reverse split occurred via brokerages, even though NASD never endorsed it. Is it possible the SEC is still investigating? Sure...they move r e a l slowly...we know that.
Yet? were those same corporate officers to show up here on a hyped-play? I have no doubt you would be willing to share some background knowledge...despite the lack of convictions or fines.

i am more interseted in the filings tha have yet to be filed...
My point... it's not that I don't "care" what and where the "players" have been..BUT..."people" screw up..."people" make mistake..."people"..change their minds...and although the past is what has "brought" us to the present...it is the "present"..that I am concerned with "at this time"... I want the filings... so far...the "words" of Mr. Rufas have rang true...if I was betting my families future? I might insist on more than what I am settling for...but so far...all is good...and I am "anxious" for the outcome! The profits may be fantastic...but I am more excited of the outcome... So far..so good!

seems to me that he has put his butt right on the line for this stock....
he has done some odd (IMO) things... BUT?
he isn't hiding is he? it APPEARS to me that he has a lot to lose if he's lying...
anybody who has mortgaged their house (not me LOL) or their horse stables? (definitely not me ) to play this one seem to be in the same position as Rufus don't they?

i dont think rufus is in a position to NOT follow through at this point...hed be slapped with so many lawsuits hed go BK...

NEVER felt like nor took the opinion nor stance that (Cassity?) was giving a "stamp of approval." Never entered my mind that said post was anything more than an opinion. I did, however, think it worthwhile to point out the logical fallacy: Simply because it has *not* been shut down does *not* imply that it can't be shut down...

The point? not to say "this stock" will be shut down...merely to say that *particular* line of reasoning does not hold...
Now? GVRP/BCIT? You are giving info I am not aware of...GVRP, am aware of neither court action nor verdict; BCIT, am aware of the court case and restitution, but not a "fine."
Back to this stock--it's no secret I have my doubts. Yet, it's ALSO no secret that I had I been able to play some of the good, early swings that I would have no problem doing so...and I *still* monitor in case the geek/lotto play comes to fruition. NEVER have I said "YOU ARE FOOLS" or whatever....anybody that says I'm bashing has simply not read my posts, or else is not familiar with my work.

FWIW... There were 6 form 144's reported on my Etrade Pro platform News under CSHD. The most I've seen on one other day is 3, otherdays were like 2 or 1 or none. Lot's of them tonight. IMA

and i will tell you straight up that IMO? "that standard" is the whole friggin market.. there is no "standard". and you can't get away from it if you really do your DD...
why are we only ever discussing it about this particular stock? i will repeat, i can bash every stock posted here, and yep i am actually playing some of them.
considering the history this stock has at this board? i'm not surprised we are having this discussion.. we've had five or six other stocks here this summer that have been bold-faced pumpandumps of the highest calibre, but this little company that has maintained alow float is the target of serious negative attitude...
go figure... the chart looks pretty good right now too

why the interest in the 144's all of the sudden...when I was posting them the day they were coming out everyone just kinda blew'em off...on the first thread I believe they totaled about 600k shares...has the significance changed? and if you look back at the all of the previous 144's the dates listed in the actual 144's have always been prior to the actual day they show up...usually about a week or so...

as they add up? they show who MAY be selling...
they increase the float because a 144 indicates that the transfer agent will or is or has de-restricted the shares... hence they are added to the float...

Remember that when i called the "TA"? I was told that if these 144's had already been filed then they were counted in the float...and the last date of any of these filings was from the 24th...that date was from BEFORE I called the TA...i think that I called on Monday(?)...so these shares have already been counted in the float...from what I was told...
Keeping in mind that he also told me that all FHAL have been accounted for...they were waiting on a some from CVSU...
Which is also one of my thoughts as to why they haven't done the complete merger yet...i was thinking that they want all shares accounted for BEFORE going through with this...all part of the squeeze???

Yeah 10. I called the TA last week also and He said something about waiting on CVSU also. All these 144's have been Conversion Solutions shareholders. Also the "date of registry" was Monday. Posted tonight. I really don't know waht all this means Do they all have to become unrestricted before the merger??? It doesn't seem like they would... I just know that if something big.. I mean huge were going to happen, I would like to have access to my shares to pull at least some out. If these folks have not already sold and are holding for the 54 reset, some who have alot of shares will end up with alot of money.

Ima...the way I understood the TA... "They" want all shares...both restricted and not...from both of the companies...at least accounted for...if people are going to register the shares to sell..that is up to them..but the TA and Company want all accounted for and tranfered to the new ticker... Sounds like Rufas would prefer that all have them in Cert form...
As I said...maybe one of the "hold ups" for the total merger and reset???

Hey, i know this might be a dumb question..... BUT! If i buy say 400 shares of CSHD right now at 1.00 would i be able to trade them RIGHT when the PPS goes up to 15,25,54 ect what ever they reset it to....OR will they be restricted? I had 200 shares of FHAL at like .97 and i WIll be able to trade those RIGHT at the reset right? When can i expect the reset....could someone make this slightley simpler for me

You can trade what you have bought. They are not restricted. Restricted usually goes to the PE folks and there are many ways a stock can be restricted.

There cannot be "restrictions" on any shares traded before reset. In other words if you buy them thurs. and the price reset fri. you are eligible for what ever the new price is. Don't buy more than you can afford to lose! Good luck

Morning all. Does anyone have pm capability at ihub. I would like to invite abbytraderwin over to our board. I won't put an open invite on the public board over at the cuckoo's nest. Everytime I stop there I feel like I'm in an asylum medication time medication time. Any way abby seems pretty level headed not a pumper or basher.

Found this on IHUB of all places. A little older but a really good read on Mensah. I had not looked in to his credentials all that deep before...WOW is all I am going to say.
