Somebody on here; I believe hit the nail on the head! Think about it, Rufus received the reports this evening showing that TDA has failure's to deliver(a lot of them). I personally don't think anyone is stupid enough to make a statement like that unless they have PROOF to back it up! Boys and girls, just sit back and enjoy the show! NOW, we go up up up. IMHO

Hey cat, you're right, TDA will have to get their act together especially when they get all the calls tomorrow asking about certs and transfers ... not to mention how they will be forced to cover to supply those certs or transfers!

It's crazy over their. I also have TDA I don't know if I'm to worried yet about my shares. I've also had them since like June 14th I believe. So they should be mine. Well before all the real craziness hit.

Notice that Rufus is acusing TDA of naked shorting even though we are 25 days on the sho list! Also notice that he is calling out 41.93 as book value now based on 62m OS!

Ok mo only Ruffie was waiting for this nobo list he saw who was short ...Maybe called them about it?... Decided their answer wasn't what he wanted so he outed them... of course he would have to have proof to state it is indeed ameritrade, right? I mean he woudn't lie about something like this it would land him in a hot pursuit, right? Now that people know about this...especially people using atrade, well they will have to cover and in turn this will stay over $1.00 for more than 30 days, right and ta da we are on nasdaq, right? MO only smile we might land on PLUTO, right???! ~LOL~

Seriously, I think he has the goods on them with the NOBO list. You can't just walk onto the playground and hit one of the biggest bullies without knowing that you will knock him down.

I wonder if this has anything tot do with the discussion we did when Rufi's "atta boy" award was PR'ed. The guy in the rebublican party that was looking to confront illegal trading in the markets. I'm not sure I have all this right. but maybe Rufi has some big hitters ready to clean house on all dirty dealing traders. ?????????????????

Scottrade will online restrict also, does that mean they are shorting? I called them when they did it with TCLL. They said they do it to protect the investors from suspicious activity or other reasons. Rufis has quite a battle. I wouldn't expect AMTD to say a word. That's what lawyers are for.

I just spoke to an Ameritrade rep. He was hesitant to say the least to answer my question(s), (1)about if in fact Amaritrade had a large number of clients who were short CSHD. He did say he expect a public statement to be released tomorrow. When I stated that it seemed odd that they were the only broker restricting purchases to their clients he stated that they have always reserved this right in any security. Twice during the conversation he mentioned that I could sell If I wanted almost as if he was encouraging me to do so. In fact I had to cut him off once and added my recommendation. I stated that each individual trader values liquidity as their greatest from of security in the market and that each investor is responsible for his or her own risk. By limiting a client and not allowing purchase it would actually cause me not to sell since I can still sell at any point going forward when and if I deem the position is becoming to risky. I this case I am almost being forced to hold because of not having the flexibility to buy back into the position.

Sooo... what the hell is going on here? I read that PR, has the CEO lost his mind? Or is this like PAIV, where David may actually beat Goliath? And you can't buy with AMTD?? AND AMTD IS GOING TO RELEASE A PR ON THIS?!?!?! No way. Either the cult is about to takeover, or they are about to slip into the nether-regions of insanity.

I use Scottrade and I know that they will allow you to buy from a broker at the internet rate when they feel there is suscpious trading. This is different TDA will not allow buys period.
