He's a symptom of the boards methods. I think they allow the bashing in order to create volitility so they can daytrade it. Since anyone can short it, most of the bashers are.

amohedas on hsm posted some example charts this morning. I looked at one in particular TBV as it looked like it had a price reset. It did.

-----------------------------------------------
So who's looked closely at TBV's chart? Say for the period of 9-22-03 to 10-01-03? Hmmmm anyone? It is the very thing we are doing here.

Tanshi reverse merged into Strategica and traded their shares for shares in strategica. The merger involved a restructuring with strategica being the "bankrupt shell" (just like fhal), and Tanshia being the company with the assets needed to jump start the pps (just like cvsu). You can read their 8-k from 9-03 and it describes all the stuff we are going thru here.

Look at the open and close for the date of 9-25, the price reset. Yes I said price reset. [Smile]

I believe it was rumored long ago that CEOTA dropped the ball on the Amazon deal. They were supposed to be some major non-profit org that owned the "rights" to something along the lines of 100 miles of Amazon river to do the log recovery. Fronthaul was being hired to handle the logistics of the recovery. The odd part though is that CEOTA appeared to be "new" because they didnt seem to have much history. Also, the big kicker....the guy leading things from the CEOTA side was a friend of Mike Alexanders. Again, everything runs full circle.

Im headed into work, dont get started without me!!

What is interesting from that chart is the continued upward movement of the price post reset.

good morning everyone. I'd like another day like yesterday. OK my prediction based on absolutely nothing. I say Rufus drops the bomb on 9/11. Think about it. A company that everyone speculates is heavily involved in defense contracts. Just thought it'd be a nice touch.

Yeah, I like that 9-11 date... Interesting thought ~

ok, the chart.. TBV and their price reset...
After the reset it looks like they had a symbol change, to view the chart go to stockcharts tab: SMART Charts.

-you'll have to chage the request date in info part under the chart... (FILL THE CHART, -window)

Looks like it was at about .03 cents, then a huge white candlestick to about $3.75 Weekly chart), first week was pretty stable, a subtle dip that lasted about two weeks (price fall to $2.75 about) then price went to about $13.00 on a steady climb (!!).

wow ~

usaually only see that with a R/S!
Saawweeeet!

Would've sucked to have unloaded at about $2.50 only to watch it rise and rise to the $13.00 mark weeks later!

So, there was no huge unloading and crashing of the stock, there was a "soft" sell off and taking of profits, then it looks like once that was out of the way, it took off slowly but surely ~

I wanted to study what happened BEFORE the reset, but with the symbol change the chart won't go back that far.... AGH!!!

Would have been interesting to see how the share price was screwed with! Compare volume, look for evidence of a short squeeze (low vol) followed by a covering of naked shorts.... Darn, that info would have been priceless!!!

-Well, there you have it ~

I've looked into TBV a little myself and found something I wasn't aware of...a NT 10-K. Anyone think we might see one of these? Looks like its a 1 month extension for filing a 10-K.

Just browsing over the TBV stuff, it looks like they also did a forward split of 6 to 1, but I'm not sure when it actually happened....man, their 8k is about 8 times longer than ours.

I didn't hear it... took the night off from the circus... rumor has it he was on Paltalk, something about everythings ok, just bashers screwing around and that this would be done before the "deadline".

Again.. I didn't hear it... was wondering if anyone had first hand knowledge of this.

I stay away from Paltalk.. not to many trustworthy characters there lately, and not sure if anything can be trusted because identities are not confirmed..IMO

Milliam... -the word "EXTENTION" we do not say around here.... [Big Grin]

dog, I'd hope that rumor would be true, I stated before I thought it would come about the middle of the month. Just gut feeling...

Maybe that was why those nice block buys were coming thru yesterday? hmmmm.

Every little "tick" and "knock" your engine makes is telling you SOMETHING, know what I mean ~

For the record everyone my name on Paltalk is tanks1 and I called Ben this evening around 7:20pm on WEdnesday. I asked if everything was alright and he reassured me that it was. Then I asked when would everything be finalized and he told me that it would be completed before the deadline. What deadline I don't know. So anything these bashers say is just bashing and thats it.

I was there. There was no announcement of the call. The information above is accurate and the call was very brief and polite on both sides.

I got into it with Serfdom because I felt he was kissing OURSTREET's azz too much. When OURSTREET was not on the IHUB board, Serfdom would drift back to being a believer, but when he was on, it was really sad to see all the bashers jump back in line with OURSTREET. This was one of the reasons I left that board.

Let's have a great day today!

I dont want to come off negative already today but these calls to Ben and Rufus are getting on my nerves. So far we have these facts from the last 20 calls.

- Everything is on schedule
(uhhhh nope, what happened to the beginning of August?)
- The 10k is coming "soon"
Thesaurus of soon : Before long, fast, fleetly, hastily, lickety-split!
Definition : before long; in the near future; at an early date
(when was the first time they said soon?)

I say STOP calling them completely. Show them that we no longer care what they have to say and MAYBE they will feel the need to release something official. Kick them OUT of paypal when they show up and cancel their IHUB membership. No more BBQ's where they can, in my opinion, break the friggin law by giving ONE shareholder information leaving everyone else in the dark.

Im still long and yes im a believer but honestly i can NOT BELIEVE how messy this has all been played out. I like the idea of them hiring an IR person to handle this ridiculous circus activity while they are busy working on the merger deal. Am i expected to believe that Rufus can be up at 3am posting nonsense on a stock bulletin board and then get up in the morning and perform like a CEO? No way.

This is my opinion this morning, no this has been my opinion for weeks.

Rufus, get the work done and quit toying with bashers and frantic shareholders (me being one of the latter). Oh wait, im sure Rufus doesnt even read this board....he is too busy reading the CRAP on IHUB.

Ok, i feel better.
