There is an indepth conversation going on right now at subpennyradio about CSHD. You might find it interesting. If you miss it the show replays at 12 midnight Eastern time.
Whoever the caller is he is kinda getting bullied a bit by the interviewer IMO. Nohing new, the radio guy wants to punch holes in the whole situation.

Option 1: I expect alot of activity, and with "No Shorting Allowed". the stock price should climb and do so at a very fast pace.
Option 2: The SEC steps in and nothing is allowed to happen. Highly doubt it. SEC doesn't move that fast unless they have solid facts of criminal action. Not the case here from a shareholder's perspective. IMO

TD Ameritrade responds not by buying the stock out of the market, to cover their "Shorts," but by refusing their customers their legitimate right to buy more OTC Bulletin . . .
imo? this is a train wreck in progress... not saying who "wins" or who is "right"...but that's a double-slingdown call-out like I've never seen since I began trading...

He is more of a TA guy. His show is pretty good. From the Technical aspect. You are right that he isn't as up on all the DD on this company as many here.

I don't know who else uses. TDA I do and I'm not quite sure what to do now if anything. If anyone else is in this predicament I am open to suggestions.

I also think it is difficult to make such an accusation without having the news hit CNBC or Bloomberg.
Rufas had better release the 10K to back his book value statements. IMO
Wow... I am in shock n awe.
It's looking to be better than the one in Iraq

you should call in then, and weigh in... or at least send an IM to make clear anything that's not being said.
he (the DJ) admits he has not followed it closely... so maybe, no, i was definitely being unfair about him not being sharp.. i was thinking he was hosting a show on CSHD when i logged in..he's just taking calls....

THEN THE RESET PRICE?
The 10K is due by the 30th. It can come out anytime before that. Once the 10K comes out then the SB4 is filed and the reset will happen. According to the filings.

I barely follow this thread or this stock (mostly busy with SLJB) so forgive me if this is a stupid question, but when the price is reset, what/who will support the price at those high levels for us to be able to sell our shares? That last PR seemed a bit "crazy" lol

This question gets asked A LOT! The bottom line is, how are you able to sell any stock at any price? Because the value of the company supports it. If the 10k shows that the companys value supports the higher PPS then investors will pay that price. This is really no different than any other stock, erase the history and place your attention on the "first" open after the merger.
If the 10k does not support the book value and PPS then it will drop.

OK...I don't know if the PR is "crazy" or just a bold statement. Rufus basically said what we are all thinking, right? So what is the problem.
One thing nobody has mentioned is...could this be 1 of Rufus's earlier statements coming to fruition? He said he would give the shorts a chance to cover. If this doesn't get the shorts motivated to close their positions what will?
