Mostly the same answers others have gotten, "PR is not true", "TDA will address the situation", etc, etc.
I told them that they must be able to understand my concern about the PR given that they have already restricted buying. Either of the two events (the restriction, the PR) may not be as concerning by themselves. "Yes, I can understand that concern". Then same "business decision" answers about the restriction. Gave me an email address to send further inquiries to. (I am).
Last thing...I told them that if the accusations were true TDA was in a lot of trouble. "If TDA defaulted and went out of business, your cash balance and security values are protected under an SIPC insurance policy, per account holder, up 140k cash and 900k securities. They are sending me an "official" letter reflecting the policy.
That's as far as I've gotten so far.

Well, Rat, I remember Peaser from probably back in FHAL days and i had a positive memory of him. Lately he seems "burned" and posts much differently. Maybe Conversion Solutions didnt work out for him and he is angry?
Peaser, no offense.....you did flip flop pretty heavily though.

Peaser I don't mind differing opinions as long as it's logical and respectful... who would not have reservations about this? I'm in... but still using my head. Just glad to have a front seat for this historic show.
Insanity and genius are cousins. That's why you don't date your cousin.

Peaser, after what others here say about you, perhaps I spoke to soon about you "being" a basher, maybe use more "tact" or something... cause it did sound like you were bashing. It's ok to knock things "in a tactful way" it's how we test things to get to the truth...

Granted, most penny stock companies have dirt, which is why IMO holding any one for a long-term period is usually the wrong decision to make.
Very few penny stocks are completely clean.
Agreed, i definately do not treat my other penny plays like this. That i can assure you.
This one is very unique, to me at least, and if someone can afford to dump some cash into this one or pick some other penny today.....id go this route i think. Its viewed as a risky move but the carrot on the stick is pretty big.

This guy at TDA claims that TDA doesn't even have the ability to short sell stocks in this way...only MM's can do it. I replied that working with MM's they could...and said you must have high level relationships with MM's, no? "Only in that we purchase shares from their books". He mentioned Archipelego and NITE specifically. "We are so heavily regulated that this scenario is next to impossible". I said, even in BB/pinks? "Well, they are the wild west of the market". Interesting for him to say that. I don't read too much into it...just a phone monkey, but interesting anyway.

Its a bold move, thats for sure. This will be much more exciting than a battle with the little Timmy Miles.
And good morning. Dealing with a HEAVY flu or something this morning. Such horrible timing.
You just drank the tainted water that we were told not to drink without boiling. Thank you work for telling us this after everyone has had thier morning coffee.

What's all the talk with this stock? Sounds like MLON when they once said $1.00 buyout offer is in the works. Yeah sure for a .00001 cent stock.
You guys fall for everything. If it sounds to good to be true in pennyland, it is.
