I'm sure it takes time to do these mergers. I've never really been involved in one before and it would be a guess. I hope we see something tomorrow instead of thursday.

I have not been through a merger either. This is my first and LAST one. Next time if I own a stock and merger news comes out. I WIll dump the stock at any cost. Then buy in on the roller coaster that follows.Then sell on the small runs. (I should have did this with NDOL,too late for that now.) The problem I have with NDOL is everyday they are late the stock drops and potential investors loose confidence. Thus making it much harder for the stock pps to move up even on good news.

Patience is the virtue needed. If you don't learn patience, you'll lose a lot of money. NDOL will rise and the more patient you are the more money you'll make.

does anyone know about the restricted shares? i dont want them to change there name to north west oil and restrict our shares and say we told you the nwog shares would be restricted..when we thought we had nord shares.

this thread is 2cool. maybe ndol will rise again and we will all make more money. reread quapo on penny stocks. don't hold this stuff long or you will get burnt!!!!!!!

I emailed Parkin 3854 times in 2 and a half hours and he finally gave in, I figured the more I contacted him and tied up his time, the quicker they could get all the financials out.

I'm back in....sold last week at $1.17 back in....strong support here in the upper 60's with 8-k and PR coming tomorrow or thurs, we are going to see some gains.....sellers are out....just a small amount of flippers are in with many on the side lines waiting for 8-k and PR.....tomorrow good time to buy IMO......
