The year 2005 set a record in the number for Russian companies entering international financial markets. Last year Russian companies brought in upwards of $6 billion in initial public offerings, as compared to approximately $700 million in 2004 and $1.3 billion over the 13 years since the breakup of the Soviet Union. Quite a number of new companies are going to follow suit this year,----gee's i wonder who's going to do that?

According to Mosnews.com, India is willing to pump in $25 billion into Russia’s oil production sector. The Asian country has also expressed its interest in acquiring a 15% stake in Yuganskneftegaz, Yukos’ (YUSA.FSE) former production unit, which was auctioned on December 19 by the Russian authorities to recover a part of the beleaguered Russian oil giant’s tax liabilities. India's largest energy exploration company, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), is negotiating an agreement with the Russian state gas company, Gazprom, to bid jointly for global energy assets. ONGC is also in negotiations with Rosneft to purchase a 15% stake in Yuganskneftegaz. A statement by the Russian Industry and Energy Ministry Tuesday quoted Minister Viktor Khristenko as saying, "Russia is open to considering offers by the Indian side to participate in projects with Gazprom, Rosneft and Transneft

Hello Mr. Parkin,I am a current long shareholder of NDOL stock with 100,000 shares and have been concerned lately of the stock dropping in price.I know due to inside information on what you can and can't release. The last PR did confuse a lot of who's shares are restricted, and current NDOL shareholders know ours are not restricted.I would just like to know if the PR that was promised by 5/15 will be released on 5/15 because stock will really go much lower if it is delayed, also can you say if the 8K will be positive for shareholders like myself? Please respond.i know you have been busy but much concern right now, thanks,Michael Grella

This was posted on the AURC post by Birkoff.... ----------------------------------------------- This was posted on another board. I'm not sure of the authenticity though...
A friend of mine spoke with Gerald Rankin today FWIW Spent a short time on the phone then email.here's the EM.
Greeting Marianne,My sister name is Marian and she sure is not a southern girl ! Our company Monimpex International was instrumental in bringing these 2 companies public. They asked us to be on the Board because of our expertise in the North America stock markets. That is the only relationship beside the fact that we have great influence to westernize the operations. Nevertheless, they are true experts in their own fields. Russians are excellent miners whether in gold or oil. Nord Oil following the merger all SEC reports should be filed on Monday that is why we are working on Saturday. Later this week we shall publish the consolidated financial statements. The public will realize the size and strength of North West and the reason why this merger was done. Newws will be issued on a regular basis. There is an independant report on the Company at http://www.more-ir.de/d/10156.pdf. This was done because it is listed on the Frankfurt Exchange. AURUS this company, as you can see on its website www.auruscorp.com has great assets in its various deposits. Every expert agrees that the price of the stock is way undervalued. In the financials it is indicated that the assets are over 4 billion$ but that the liabilities are the same. This large debt scared some people but under Russin legislation the liability is entered as such because the deposits have not undergone extensive work. This liability is not a debt in the classical sense no money is owed to third parties

so whatever happened to their OTC status getting approved? Can you stop the process once it's started? And if so why would they? Or did they never start the process in the first place?
I'm a little confused. thanks
Long with 8k shares here

Yes, we will continue our proceedings to get onto a superior Exchange as soon as the 20 day delay imposed by the SEC is over (first week of June)

Hello,
I want to know what makes Nord Oil believes that it is in the best interest of the shareholders to merge with North-West Oild group instead of accepting the buyout? The buyout offer was $2.17 and currently the NDOl is trading at around .70-.80 cents. I also want to know if after the merger you guys would consider moving to a better stock trading exchange? When do you guys expect such move to take place?
Thanks,
this was posted earlier Hannibull, it should be happening soon

guys, because of SEC regulations they have to wait 20 days now and then they proceed with the otcbb listing..it should be ok within 45 days from here so that movement will happen for SURE! The email about parkin is correct because i got confirmation of that.. 8K will be out on monday or tuesday the latest and financials of NWO will also be released and that financials are FACTS that explain why this merger is better than a buyout..they will also release in the next week new production numbers which also could be interesting so stay tuned guys,a lot is going to happen after this pullback the only way is up for this one...

You guys think a "superior exchange" means something better than the OTCBB? Amex maybe? I personally wouldn't call OTCBB superior.

NDOL is on the Wall Street News Alert's "stocks to watch" list today, and also on The Street Review's watchlist I'm not sure if this will have much effect, but I thought I'd write it down here anyway

dustof, i think it will head north today lol..the situation in iran will drive the price of oil up and the hurricane season is also there and even if oil would go down, this stock will be valued at 2,2 dollar post merger because of the assets they have at this moment already.
