Chevron profits are up 49% for the first quarter of 2006. 4 billion dollars. 14 billion dollars last year, that must be some nice dividend on the stock.

yeah, this stock has treated me right! I bought the first round at .74 and sold 3 days later at 1.50...I plan on doing the same this time around. Hope this 8K is as good as we are expecting, and followed up by the consolidated finacial statements....should be good for all of us. GL

8k should be out today and i am very curious to the consolidated financials because parkin told me it will justify the decision to do a merger and not a buyout...more news about NWO is also coming

Atleast they did a 12b for notice. I for one would rather a "late" filing and it being 100% correct than to have one rushed and just add more speculation.

With all this hype news about a buy, then a merger, whatever, I would expect the company to have their ducks lined up and file their 10Q on time.
These confusing and false news reports, like selling oil at five-hundred bucks a barrel, now a late 10Q, all of this directly indicates the management team of NDOL are bozos.
Regardless of being truthful or running a scam, management people have exemplified, they are not good at management; mistake after mistake.
Filing of an 8K, merger news, before the 10Q would be a red flag. Merger announcement followed by a not-so-good 10Q would drive prices lower.
I accept that you are the greatest person alive on the planet, omnipotent and omniscient. you know everything that is ging to happen in the future and are amazing at predictions. somehow, I have this habit of zany optimism because of which I am holding this stock. so since I have agreed that you are the greatest entity on the board and know every move that every stock would make, I would truly appreciate if you leave the thread alone till optimists like me decide for ourselves what we should do with the stock. thanks a lot for your unwarranted advices and predictions.

penny they have no reason to be mad...the stock price will go up after the financials so if you look to day to day prices your investment method in ndol needs to be reviewed because ndol is great for the middle to long term...

I appreciate all opinions, in the end you make your own decision. I know I'm in...NDOL made me $40K on the first run to 1.50:) Once the 8K and consolidated financials comeout we'll all be very happy
