What is your factual basis for your statement?
Indicators are NDOL will file a 10Q ranging from losses to breakeven. Not a guarantee but past performance suggests this. Who knows, they might report wild profits!
Either way, what is your factual basis for indicating traders will be happy?

Purl, this hurts me alot to say this but I'm thinking like you now. Something is not adding up right. If it was my company I would have made damn sure that the 8K came out today to help re assure my stockholders but yet there was none. I began having some doubts over the w/e, and sold my 50K shares today at a 213% gain. I hope my doubts are not true and you all make money, it's time for me to find another...

What is your factual basis for these statements?
How do you know that NDOL is not only a pump and dump, but management has one and only one concern: driving the share price up. Please provide me with your factual back-up and send a copy to jiemas*bellsouth.net

Conversation: the use of speech for informal exchange of views or ideas or information etc. Don't communicate, talk, respond, converse with Purl and she just waste her breath, but somehow we cannot seem to do this. Man if she is shorting this stock she has made a killing, if does downplays it to make money I would be talkin smack too. BUT when it goes up which it WILL then we will be smiling. Purl, I have spoken with Parkin on 3 different occasions. He stated to me that the consolidated finacials of NWO will show why they merged. This has also been verified by others who have emailed and phoned him. It would have been much easier for Nord to be bought outright, why would they go through all the trouble of a merger if it was not of stronger value??? JMO, but most of the time my gut is right.

uptickds, you may have made a great decision today because you have pocketed a tremendous self-proclaimed 213% gain and you now have additional liquidity to make other plays. Anyway, did you accumulate on the way up? 213% gains on what? Seems like your ROI should be higher if you held since .09?

Purl, honest question, why are you posting here when you do not like the stock? you've posted numerous times in this thread, putting all your time into this. You called it a pump and dump scheme, you scare people into selling, you're helping absolutely no one!! What do YOU get out of all of this? You don't like the stock so I assume you hold no shares. And since you don't gain anything with all your actions this way, why are you pissing people off with posting messages that are full of negativity. You come off like a person of bad will this way, because you don't get ANYthing out of this! I do not and will not believe you're doing this because you care about people's bank accounts, I wasn't born yesterday...

What concerned my more than no 8K today is, Parkins has answered every email but the one sent saturday asking him if the 8K will jusify merging instead of selling the company. He read the mail cause I get a return receipt on email read, but no answer and that concerned me as well.
However I hope all you guy make a killing on this stock!

I shall scan through purls holdings in the message board and provide "insights" to her holdings. having said that, I see no reason selling stock of a company which unarguably has huge assets and strong foundations in oil field and knows how to do business. this is long term for me, as I have done my profit taking etc from this stock and been in this since 0.14. so it really doesnt matter wheather purl beleives this is good stock or not, only thing that rattles me is her continous preposturing in the thread when we are bleeding our $$$$ and seeing red. people like her and repoman, who have this "I told you so" attitude are what gets on me. Well, I guess repo is quiet today because his frpt is getting reamed (well I am in it too).. nevertheless, it doesnt really get to you till you actually feel the pain.

You realize that this is legal documentation, now if you have ever done business espically with legalistics then you know nothing is ever on time, it has to be checked and rechecked before it can be released. It has to be worded perfectly, now they gave an approximate date for it to be released. If its not out tom then everyone will whine and cry and sell but when it comes out even as late as friday and its superb news people will then ***** because they sold it blah blah blah. Just sit back and hold!

upticks, i stepped out at 1 dollar but stepped in now because i feel it is good to take advantage of the confusion because i dont see any facts why i would sell and i know for sure the financials will come out and these will be great if you know who NWO is... i know the task to put out the 8K is given so i would not be surprised we see if after hours.

Purl The only advice I can offer you is don't buy. Where do you find all of the penny stock mgmnt that do everything on time and are always on top of things. Aren't they a bit rare?

Another day and just business as usual on the site that lets bashers roam free in their attempts to manipulate the market for their selfish cause.

Diverse opinions are one thing, and they are fine. But, when a person who proclaims they have no position in a stock stops-in numerous times on a daily basis to warn people that they're on a sinking ship, and this person has even let people know that "I look forward to relieving you of your money" in the future, then management should be right there to put a stop to it. It's, undoubtedly, manipulation at it's finest.
Instead, management takes the stance of "I've seen this many times. She will not stop til she wins."
So, a couple weeks back, I stopped placing blame on the enablee, and put it squarely where it belongs, on the enablers.
Allstocks is a second-rate site, IMO, because of this.
One thing should be made clear: I'm not weak-minded enough to be manipulated or influenced by negativity, no matter the frequency. I've done a years worth of DD, and I'll continue to hold for at least the next year, until my target has been met.
I found it amusing that, late last week, in a reply to a poster here, she indirectly acknowledged that she felt the pps would see 1.35 again. That is SIXTY-FIVE cents away.
If management is such idiots, and it's possible that NORD may be operating near the red, and hardly anything is known concerning North-West's financials, then how on god's green earth could the pps climb an additional SIXTY-FIVE cents? It should just tank, right?
When I read that admission I laughed heartily. A more appropriate answer would have been "I look forward to relieving you of your money in the future."
