i think the greed factor is gone now, everyone was hoping for $2.17 a share when they bought under a $1.00. well that fantasy turned to the reality of the merger and now folks have turned their back on this one. i think its gonna need some big numbers and a 10k to make it happen again. i guess we'll hold for now.

People need to stop speculating, stop giving their "educated" opinions on this when they really have no more information than what is given in the pr. I think we have exhausted this stock and this forum. We have talked about this so much that people don't know what and who to believe and that hurts us a shareholders because they just forget blow the stock aside. Everyone needs to do their own homework and make a decision themselves about what they think is right. We need to ignore Purl, act as though she doesn't exist and she will dissapear, but no instead we feed her over and over again endlessly driving her apetite for argument. So, I suggust we all sit back, wait for the dust to settle, access the situation and then make our own decisions. We have a great tool the internet and its resources are endless, so look over the reports and research them yourselves. I do not mean to offend anyone, input is good, but I feel as though we have created a circus in here and an uninviting one at that for newcommers. If we watch things pan out, we will come ahead, NDOL is merging with a big company and they both have oil... their profits will come and we the shareholders will make money. This stock a year from now WILL be worth more than it is now, period. I do see this stock going higher, but when I do not know and there is no need to speculate. My two cents, take it with a grain of salt and smile because we will make money... be patient!

Good links Valis. I was looking at these earlier, and a lot more. I don't know where the money comes from, but these guys seem to acquire anything they want. They can outbid Russneft and almost anyone else. We may not know alot about these guys, but one thing is certain, they have BIG money, or they are able to get BIG money when they want it. Maybe all that charity going into rebuilding and refurbishing houses for politicians is paying off. I DD'd every oil field I could that these guys own. All of them look very promising, but I can't determine what percentage of the fields they own. Like one of the links stated, this might be a money laundering company for the Russian elite. If it is, then they have to grow it enough to handle the laundry going through. I think the future looks pretty bright for this company, since it seems to be engrained with russian politcs.

dig,their analysis is based on facts they are aware off at this moment and based on all their DD they say this is a buy and a price target of +- 1,50 euro in 12 months. i have also checked out the NWO through my private banker and he also said there is no need to worry about this...it will go up,you can bet on that... PINKS and bad communication in the prs and that people did not get what they expected a buyout are the 3 main reasons why we are now at 76 cents...but in fact nothing has changed and post merger we will be worth 2,2 dollar in the books and people will not find a reason to sell this at this moment... this is going to be a nice ride if you are long on this and all the non believers will be proven wrong,you will see...FACTS will tell the truth!

I want to know what makes Nord Oil believes that it is in the best interest of the shareholders to merge with North-West Oild group instead of accepting the buyout? The buyout offer was $2.17 and currently the NDOl is trading at around .70-.80 cents. I also want to know if after the merger you guys would consider moving to a better stock trading exchange? When do you guys expect such move to take place?
