i just found it funny that you say it can't be predicted, and then go on to make a prediction. You also mentioned not to believe anyones prediction including your own. Whats the point of you posting your prediction if you go on to tell us not to believe it? Everyone already knows to "do your own DD", you dont have to keep making your doom and gloom posts under the guise of getting that message across.

If NDOL is straight up there should be nothing but good news ahead for us. IMO It's been a long time coming.

So, investers have put a value on NDOL, which is to the best of their knowledge, just as has been said, no one knows the financials of Northwest at this time, which would be accurate.
CNR and IVAN could turn to crapola next week just as easy as Worldcom and Enron, Tyco and so on. But i'll hang in here and see where we go.

Here is mine, I got in at .91 when it flinched after I told myself it would go down another 20%, I still think with the shorts and the unsteady ground it may drop more (like a reverse) when the merger 8k goes in, then it will recover quickly if the ruskies can get the PR's right. I'm looking to put more in after the filing and the PR that follows it.

Has any companies in the past ever put out PR or 8 ks on the weekends.I am not worried at all because the deadline is still not over for the news we are waiting for. Some of you are really looking at this the wrong way,and I think that as affected the PPS along the way.Give the company the time that they said we would hear the news that will put are PPS up where it belongs. After the deadline or promised date of the news then you can complain and talk BS if it does not work out like we were told it will be and heck maybe I will too.LOL

I'm not even a day trader lol I look for long term, this has the potential, even with the world market bashing the actual value of oil.

thanks purl and dig, my first buy was early at .075 so i'm still sittin pretty, but i got greedy and bought more at 1.35 when instead i should have been selling. but oh well. i think it wouldn't help the company to make everyone's shares restricted so i positive they wont be. but i do believe that the perception is a lot different now, my perception as well. but like the say hindsight is 20/20. my prediction is summer before we get to $1.35.

I like Parkin, but the first thing I will buy for him if this goes good will be a Websters English Dictionary or at Office 2003 that has (English)spell check.... or in my case Redneck for Dummies

Glacier, sorry for the delay on my response. jphc came out and said they had a buyout offer to buy their company, they would not release any info other than they felt like they were worth .004 a share. at that time they were trading at .0005/6. they had an audit firm complete a valuation of the company. after a time they came out with a pr that they were closer and closer to the buyout. The price creeped up to .0011. They then filed a 15-12G termination of registration form with the sec. THEN they said they were being merged with another company and that a new symbol would take effect. The new company would be worth .005 a share. With the new symbol the shares were restricted once shareholders turned in their shares for the new company. You see where it sits today. I am not saying that it will happen here but that is why I said earlier that i will wait for the 8k to be filed and read it thouroghly before entertaining an idea of buying back in. TMAN...

The next step after the merger is the OTCBB. It is just hard to hold with confidence over a pinkie.

Thanks! Tman, I understand why you are so caucious on the NDOL case. We may still facing a similar risk, we will see what will happen Monday. That is the reason why voluum and the pps do not go up today.

Thanks Tman good info.

I have gave it a lot of thought and pondered this.

Lets say the bad word for rhe moment, "scam". If this was the case surely Nord couldn't have cashed in bigger if they have "tired" and went the buyout road. Look what the stock did last week when it was announced. But then they say instead they would merge and the PPS goes down and has continued to go down since. So my question is to Purl or whoever, wouldn't it have served them better if this is "BS" to say "hey we're being bought out... blah blah blah????

Sorry if my spelling is off one too many Makers Mark drinks on the rocks......

can't believe you guys haven't figured this out, yet. Yes, there is a merger. However, the new CEO will be revealed, post-merger: conspiracy fans will be delighted to learn it is none other than Purl...the move to OTCBB will be entirely up to her.

*******seriously? lots to learn here. Holding pennies for a "real company" can be a valid strategy. And doing so in many ways requires even *more* DD and cojones, if you will, than going long in majors. If you screw the pooch on IBM or Microsoft, who can blame you? "IT WAS A FLUKE!" But in pennies, we're the flukes... Overall? been some decent dialog here. Good to see.

best,

I sold all 120k shares at $1.11-$1.19 when it went up on the merge PR and am waiting to see what is in the 8-K.....made some big bank on this...... right now, folks may be on the side line waiting to see wat's up with this....could be huge. NW Oil is no wimpy oil company. Should be interesting....won't be able to get back my 120K shares though, since invested in hurricane stocks now..........good luck....should do well by this fall

Someone answer this things for me if you can

Insider's shares are restricted, now and after the merger. If it was a scam, exactly how would they make money off it if they can't sell it?

Also, AURC's success seems to obviously be connected to NDOL's. If they were to screw over the investors on NDOL, isn't it common sense they'd destroy any investor confidence in AURC? It'd be like them shooting themselves in the foot.

Purl, while I admire your intelligence, displayed by your clear and concise use of the English language, I do question your motives here.

So what I really want to know is, will you be back to eat your crow if you are wrong? Given, most of us won't be here if you are right, probably deciding on the best ledge to jump from; but, I think you have taken a particularly negative tone on this thread, and while you have certainly broughta microscope to the more hazey aspects of this company, you have done no justice to the positives here. What of the NDOL board members, do think they would risk their reputations here?

toasted also. MAybe someone here can explain this to us? Also why move to a bigger exchange if your stock is worthless?

Now that's a damn good question, in my book.

Had i been in some of you guys' shoes? Woulda been one of my first questions...

In this case? I can happily submit my opinion:

Whenever I've been "right" and she held another opinion?

Absolutely first to say so...

what I still don't get? the dynamic is not "who's right..." the dynamic is profit.

When we--any of us--decide to hold a penny like an investment, many, many, many questions must be asked.

Sygy I hope it goes up up up. Your positive outlook is nice but I am afraid that It has caused me to expect unrealistic performance from this stock. ALot of people think the same way you do.
I have seen posts on other forums thinking the stock will hit amex and go to 10$ !! I want this to happen too. But I dont think 10$ is realistic.
I make no excuses and dont think the rest of people here that are still in
NDOL are either. WE know what we got into and now its came down to silver or lead. At the same time if there is some secret that the best investors know that we don't I would like to know what it is. Thats all. I don't think anyone here is going to blame this on another forum member.

That's not what I found funny deleet. What I found funny was the fact that she indirectly acknowledged that she feels the pps would see 1.35 again. Now, if a very crafty basher acknowledges that the pps will see 1.35 again, imagine what she really thinks of the long-term forecast???

Very amusing

Saw this on another board ,just thought i would post it for whatever it's worth FROM MR.PARKIN
"You are right in your assessment of market share value—we must be able to prove the value of the new merger to warrant the respect of the public. We are now in a ‘’quiet’’ period and are restricted in what we could announce. In the coming days we will release the financials of the new entity."

my question concerned his valuation of 2.20 and how the market will dictate the true value
