also got confirmation the shares will NOT be restricted, The restriction only concerns the original owners of the previously private companies, Nord Oil and North West Oil Group!
i believe parkin is tellig me the truth and this would mean ndol will be rock&rolling after the 8k filing

yeah i am buying all the stock i can get..just stepped out of 2 stocks and will put all my eggs in this basket... i am standing 100% behind ndol now! no restriction means this stock will go through the roof and people will not dump immediately because this new company will go up and up... but at which price do we open on the otcbb because i guess this will be a new formed company so i still need to ask parkin that

Pennyman I dropped because it went above my risk level, but I just picked picked up another 6k, and I have $8K sitting on the side to pick up what others drop. So let it slide.

it is looking good now and since i know we won't get restricted i feel very good about this stock... 1.25B dollar is a LARGE company guys and the contracts they will get will be big also..they plan to double their oil production next year so i think this stock is going to amex or nas soon

I am not calling out anyone. I just wish they would have said something. IF there is information the rest of dont know that would affect the outcome of this merger in a negative way. That is why I posted that about the restricted shares. Which I thought was the reason. But that got resolved very quick. So I dont think that is the reason. What happened to riding the free shares? Some people here did this but some who say this all the time totally dumped this stock.

Some people that are in a stock dump sometimes when they're satisfied. Would be great if everyone bought their shares and held. Unfortunately, it doesn't happen this way.

Pennyman when I saw the PR about the merger instead of the buy out I knew it would go over like a fart in church so I got out quick. I have been in and out flipping as I could, but the threat of restricted stock was like a repellant. This no longer appears not to be the case. This is starting to look like a good opportunity to make money again so I am in AGAIN. I think I'll stay a bit longer this time.

I don't think there is anyting wrong with taking some money and riding the free money out. My remaining money I have in this stock is here for the long haul. Don't forget they're supposed to start production June 1. That's revs coming in. The $2.20/share is just a start. This could go bigger that that in the long haul. IMO

mnvestor, I too thought the number seemd low but the ticker is moving up so somebody likes it. then again $450mil last year alone is more than 1/3 value of this new merged company at $1.2bil?
