indeed, you see this is a huge company! remember, we are a pink sheeter with 48M barrels in assets but for us north west oil is a giant and we are still a baby...but because of this merger become a teenager going to his aduldhood! this is huge imo

and wait untill this stock is on otc or even higher.. a lot of investment banks and institutionals can not buy this right now because lower than 1 dollar and on pinks but just see what happens if this hits otc and then put out their financials..this will go much higher than the buyout price and they know that

"North-West Oil Group's consolidated revenues for the last fiscal year was USD $450 million, which was derived mainly from the production of over... representing 882,000 barrels."
This presents problems and questions.
Their barrel production for a year is low. This production rate places them below junior. None know if this company is in the red or in the black.
News indicates a merged company worth around a billion dollars. Based on this sketchy news, NDOL would need to be worth more than North-West.
Based on low production by North-West and NDOL reporting only five-million in sales with net income bordering break-even to loss, cash on hand less than thirty-five-thousand, my opinion is a merge value of a billion dollars is not possible, not even close.

Not bashing guys, but look at this statement...
North-West Oil Group's consolidated revenues for the last fiscal year was USD $450 million, which was derived mainly from the production of over... representing 882,000 barrels.
If there income was derived MAINLY from oil production that means they sold their oil for appx. 510.00 a barrel. Just something to look at. TMAN...

Ya Purl you should go, nothing here for you, we are all grown up adult people who have made decisions earlier. Not based on your suspicion and lack of confidence about this company and you could be somewhere making the big money you tell us about.

So maybe they need to streamline a little and increase productivity, but they have an excellent product to sell with a high demand. They still have potential. I'm still in the green with shares at $.18,.20. 22 etc and some higher that I'll stick it out with.

Now, if you'll excuse me, today I'm headed out to a town I've never been to. I heard there's a new pothole there, and I need to make sure no strangers on bicycles crash and burn.

Way to go Stock... more good news and corrections. Thats the kind of stuff we need here. I don't know what kind of trader gets so concerned with a stock that they pass up thousands of dollars that could have been made flipping this stock, not to mention the other potentials of it. What can I say. I'm a sucker for huge profits.

Thanks for all your input. I'm new to the trading thing but I've liked this stock for awhile. I admit I panicked last Thursday and pulled the trigger at 1.20, and being in well before the whole BTSI/NDOL transfer, that was my first BIG profit of my trading career, I was pleased. Back in with about 10,000 shares averaging around .89 because I believe the DD the trusted ones are doing. I'm even planning on calling Parkin myself and consider that my own DD. Thanks guys for the forum.

Hello Mr. Parkins, my name is Matthew Cassity and I'm a shareholder in Nord Oil Int. I am pleased with the recent merger plans, but have one concern. Can you tell me whether or not our shares will be restricted. Thank you for your time. Matthew Cassity
I wrote this email this morning. Last night I was reading all the posts about the shares not being restricted. I have been in this since .24 and road this until I received this email. I am very new to the stock world, but everyone can take this for what it's worth. GLTA I hope for the best for everyone and this has been a wild ride.

I don't believe what anyone is saying on this forum. What I believe is the PR that comes out and that is what you should go by. No PR has said that our shares are restricted or not. I have seen 2 emails now, one saying not restricted one saying they are, Who knows? Anyone can type a message like the one above, maybe it is true maybe it is not.
