Boxers. And your shares will not be restricted.

Greetings Gerald, As a valued NDOL shareholder I was curious as to which you prefer: boxers or briefs? It may seem irrelevant at the current moment but you never can trust a man until you know where they stand on this issue. Boxers would reveal you are hanging loose, relaxed, and confident this merger will prove to be positive for all parties where as briefs would imply you are constricted and a little tense about this situation. An honest answer is all I ask.
I appreciate your time.

I'll be honest, I sold my shares today with the purpose of buying them back when the 8K comes out. Simply to protect myself.... The 8k is what everyone is waiting for, because it will officially say our shares are not restricted, and then we'll see some magic.
oh and rofl * worldfamous !
going to bed now with a happy face, see you tomorrow everyone!

I am glad to see the reply about the restricted shares issue.I really like this forum. I really appreciate all the hard work and adivce you guys have given out. I guess after this is over we will move to the aurc thread. I own some shares already.. IF Ndol works out fine I will invest more in aurc. I apologize if my other posts came off as negative.

Just asking an opinion, not having anything vested here, If I did I would hold and ride it out. If I didn't I would watch and wait for the filing before jumping in so it's in black and white. Considering it's a merge I would expect a dip, possibly 20% but a good strong come back after realignments are completed. is this on track thinking?

Too many variables for anyone right now to give you an accurate guess Igor. Wait until the 8-k comes out by the 15th. Then we should have a good idea where were headed in at least the short term.

I just called company to confirm O/S and 230 million has not changed also 80% of that is restricted the rest is float..Your figure of 340 million is bogus..
I did get some information about Northwest and the Merger details a little..
All of Northwest stock will be restricted so 20% of NDOL stock will be in the float...Great news!
Also Northwest is a big producer of oil now and is shipping millions of barrels....
Northwest is owned by a single owner and his motives is not to dump shares on the open market to make money but to grow a company that has value.
The owners of NDOL will continue working for the organization to grow the business and they are very concerned about pps because they all have restricted shares.
The reason he(northwest) wants to go public is to become part of the American market and provide value for the shareholders.
All salaries are paid not by dilution but by earnings generated by the company..No dilution will be used to grow the business but use of current income will be used.
Looks good all around and April fools you are a basher.

Great job Upticks on the restricted shares issue. Many of us beleive just that, but it is nice to hear it from Parkins. Still in for the long haul... I say "Back Up The Truck"!!!! Can't wait to see the buying scramble tomorrow. Maybe we will still see $2.00 by Monday.

I just had to , and still believe there are no restrictions. Thanks for the post on restrictions. I really think we are missing one important part ,,,and that is the dividends, was there not info that showed NDOL paying .16 cents a share for 2006? The bid will be going up next day for sure,,,,took full advantage of the dips.I can hardly wait for the next few months,,some shares are for free now and plan on buying many more!!!!!!!!!good luck all,,,,combined NDOL and SOUTH WEST share value should be around 4.50$ if we are worth 2.20$

I've got a long position, and now with many free shares due to dips. I've been waiting for more info on restrictions (thanks UPTICKS) you made my day!!! I've been wondering wy there is no talk on dividends? Did not NDOL predict .16 cents a share divis for 2006? If we are worth 2.20$ the combined value of NDOL and North West should be around 4.65$ a share after merger as we have 41%? The divis should be over 30 cents for sure!!!!!!

If you own a stock but wouldnt buy at the present PPS than you must sell it. Not selling a stock is the exact same thing as buying it and vice versa unless you buy so little that the transaction fee is an issue Opportunity cost

Ummm...no. The new company will be issuing additional shares - possibly restricted - to the shareholders of Northwest. They are projecting the combined market value of both companies at $1.2 billion. When you divide that by the total of all the outstanding shares when they get through issuing new ones, the PPS is $2.20 for the combined company...

i am still waiting for the 8k...i will only believe it when i see it :=) i am still too nervous about restricted or not restricted and imo if it would be restricted the company would not tell that because it would create a selloff...i really hope parkin's email is right!i know for sure this will ALWAYS be a good deal, even with restriction but i really want free shares and the 8k filing is the only fact i can trust... i am on the sideline and waiting for the 8K to get in or stay out of ndol... i see it going to 1 dollar again today but we need that 8k to rock&roll..good luck guys...is there also a possibity there will be no statement in the 8K the shares will be restricted or not? i hope not!:=)

lets hope so mickey... i'm hoping this thing shoots tomorrow cuz the last few days have just been horrible. but, i wouldn't count on it till a PR or the 8k stating something about the restricted shares. i mean, unless that e-mail just got posted on a PR of it's own. are we still expecting another PR for this week? i remember the 12th or earlier being thrown out there....

indeed, people will wait for the 8K because that is the only thing you can trust at this moment... i am having it difficult with the fact they first said to delay otcbb and now they will probably move to otcbb again and they knew a merger was possible (look back at postings from people who said parkin already said weeks ago merger or buyout)so the communication is not like it has to be and i want a clear view now on the situation and thats why i need to read the 8K first with the details. if that is good, i step in for 100k shares...
