DIGDOUGH...Call me EINSTEIN but that's exactly how I understood the original PR. Only the new issued stocks would be restricted, NOT THE FLOAT! I read the PR, smiled, and moved on. I'm still holding my shares, not concerned with the banter over restricted stock as it's not a concern.

I just copied the email from my email to this thread. I'm not a pro at any of this so I may have left my email on it. I suppose we will all see in a few days, and for all that are holding I hope his email to me was a lie or was a miscommunication between him and me. That is way took the wording in the PR release also. Only the private shares are restricted. Now I dont know.

I have no idea when they will correct that. I did not email them on that issue. I have emailed them on other things. And when I get some answers I will post them.. Most people on other forums seem to think cassity's email is fake. I hope it is. IF it's legit it shows parkin is a flake which is bad for us and aurc shareholders also. His credibility is on the line.

He's got alot more than his credibility on the line. If a single email regarding theses unrestricted shares is true. His azz is on the line. This is written documentation without a safe harbour statement. IE fraud, and SEC does govern here. Plus he would not qualify to hold any of the 20mil shares released as part of the stock option plan last month. Read the rules on the option plan. A law violation like this would end him forever and cost him dearly.
Purl I haven't seen the butt, but I certainly don't have any issues with rest.
