Im going to guess they want to see this at somewhere around .62 +/- .01 for the day. From the looks of the way they've been in this they want to keep very small gains at eod from here through tomorrow with a little bit higher gain on friday.
But friday will be hard to keep down because everybody will want to get in on this on anticapation for Monday-May 1st.
I may be way off but I think they will keep this steady, accumulate and let it fly monday for a big profit.
Hopefully im off and we see bigger gains every eod!! Just my .02

I think the news will come out before Monday. Monday is the deadline. They will release this news sooner IMHO.

I sure hope Doni I've been holding this thing for three weeks and buying a little more here and there. This is a solid company and expect great things, just a little nerve wracking at times.
Hopefully going to Vegas next weekend to celebrate!!! GLTA

What is anyones guess what signatures would be on a buyout. An agreement, lawsuit, marriage license?

I think the Signature will be from the Disney Corporation. They are buying the oil company to power their theme parks. So when the buyout comes through we will get 1 Disney stock for each NDOL stock. Disney is selling for about $27 right now.

Just a guess....

I like the Disney idea better, they're wholesome people, and it's all about the people. If Disney doesn't buy, then I think Ron Jeramy should. He seems like a pretty good guy, and he likes to use alot of oil in his movies.

You'd be up about 100% if you bought a year ago. Also most buyers are mutual funds, hedge funds, etc... they don't care about guys with $1,000 to throw in and don't need to.

Wouldn't the signatures be finalizing a deal, ie contract?

Either finalizing the buyout or just signing an intent to buyout. Take your pick.
