makarov will release details about the merger this week... that will be fun! I am in the stock market for 8 years now and this merger with these guys is HUGE news and much better for the shareholders but some dummies did not understand and thats their problem...

I might have panicked a bit also, but I was still way up in the green.
The crap that was brought here recently had no substanciation to it. And its caused me to use big words that i'm not even sure I can spell correctly.

i also emailed parkin so we shall see... they did not turn the buyout down for nothing..this week we will know why and something tells me it is great... i think some have sold with big losses today and if they would have wait,they would have no losses and probably good profits in the next days...SMART MM in my eyes

Ya I guess the first response was the being used syndrome. I know I suffer from a mild case of that, thats got worse with penny stocks. The mgmnt can't sell they're shares and I doubt that they want to give them away, so I would imagine we are at as much advantage to gain as they are. IMO.

As for North-West Oil Group (SZNG), it is known that during the year and a half of its existence, the company managed to gain direct access to Russian fields (it holds six production licences) and to establish itself in the sectors of oil processing and trade in oil and oil products. SZNG has also reported that it is working with Hungary's MOL (a company called SZNG-MOL was created to bring online the Surgut-7 field in Russia, which had been taken over from Yukos). An SZNG daughter company, called North-West Oil Company S.A., is registered in Geneva; its task is to intensify co-operation with foreign partners (mostly in terms of the sale of oil and oil products).

The negotiated merger value was based on the recent unsolicited offer made by the North-West Oil Group and therefore providing a guideline on total value of the new entity.
this means the company will be worth 2,17 dollar before friday!!!!! and it will go higher because we go into production etc and so this will ALWAYS be better than the buyout...everything under 2,17 is a buy...

This merger could be a vehicle for north-west oil group to get quickly on US exchange......could be bigger than we anticipated....JMHO. HUGE potential.

i agree...this is definitely a PANIC sell...a small % of the shares traded in the last week( and bought)......IMO this is GREED at its GREATEST....freaking people out to reload>>>> INSIDER ??? MM"S??????? I smell a greedy rat that sleeps with the snakes....

so we are going up very soon :-) I bought for 70 cents and get out at 1.10dolars, nice 50% gain, i dont have patience to stay longer with NDOL unfortunately.
